I’ve been a black card member of PF since early 2020 and the worsttttt part is that they close early even earlier now on fridays and weekends, the only days i have legit time to dedicate to the gym. Seriously considering just getting a membership somewhere else that is fully 24hrs and just has a passcode or something to get in. I also thought they used to close at 10 on Fridays and now they have bumped it earlier to 9. Just sucks because I want to work out unrushed with no time crunch on the days I have available and I can’t

People working are amazing and nice and friendly. They keep the fitness center very clean. They really are amazing.
The worst parking lot I’ve seen for a business that is still operating!!
The gym is so small for the area. Always waiting on equipment, whether it’s early morning, midday morning, midday, evening. It’s always packed and difficult to actually workout.Everything is cramped together due to poor floor layout. Plus apparently there are a high amount of judgmental people who think very highly of themselves and treat you like a peasant.

Great place to get in shape! You don't have to worry if your young, old, skinny, fat, short, tall... You feel welcome no matter what.
If you wanna be around for a lot of years The only way you will do that is getting fit and healthy, planet fitness makes it easier to do that.

I'm a Black Card member & so have consistently visited PF's along the central Gulf Coast from Ocean Springs to Pensacola. Was also recently in Michigan on a business trip & trained at a Pontiac Planet Fitness. I've also been a gym rat since the age of 13 & had a good portion of my college tuition paid for on scholarship as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach. Reason for the background before opining is to convey that I may know a smidgen more about gyms vs. typical consumers. Long story short: the gym in Daphne is above average compared to most of the gyms in Mobile and the experience is consistent across the board for the iconic purple and gold fitness franchise. I would give this place an "A" overall in terms of equipment, customer service, & additional perks such as the massage chairs & sports drinks.

First timer for PF and enjoy going to this location so much. Very clean. Love the hydro chairs, and the crowd meter feature on the app.My favorite thing though is the staff - always so helpful, cheerful & sweet. Their smiles make my day & I love the good vibes they share with everyone. It’s motivational in a way. Keep it up!
