I have lost 31 pounds in three months. I find more than just a place to work out but an environment that encourages me , and the growth of a healthy lifestyle. I will see you there.

The equipment's always clean well maintained and the atmosphere is okay I do enjoy working out at the one in Eastern Shore in Spanish Fort Alabama

Nice place. I think I've figured out the perfect time to work out when it's less crowded. They have a "bust meter" on the app!
