Easy, Convenient and Fast. I appreciate the customer service and staff's knowledge of products. Sometimes I'm in a rush and just need a bag of pet foods and they make it so simple, add to cart, check out and pick up!

Extremely expensive for its pet supplies. 17 cents a cricket when you can get a hundred of them at a bait and tackle store anywhere else for $5.50 per hundred. Rip off

Weird interaction with the women at the front desk and bizarre, about what kind of food my cat eats and she was incorrect anyway and she said the food was the wrong kind but it's not I buy it all the time, Strange!!! Not coming back something is strange about the employee, honestly I would have preferred her not to speak to me at all last two times have been weird here and slow I end up waiting in line for 20 minutes because they are so slow or talking or not even there at the desk

I accidently booked here, thought I was booking at Petsmart. Ended up taking the appointment and the groomer did a good job. However, they told me how to get one free after 6 paid visits. Just download an app they told me and gave me a piece of paper with the instructions, which I held on to. I tried to download the app and could not get it to work because my email was linking to an old phone number I didn't remember, 10 years old. I called corporate customer service asking for help with this with no luck. I called the grooming department and the young woman told me they would help me when I got there on my next visit. Mitchell checked in my dog no problem. He took him to the back after our grooming consultation. He tried to help me with the Petco App to add the appointment so it would count as one towards the "buy 6 get 7th free". I was getting frustrated because I needed to get to work. All of a sudden the manager comes around the corner and got in my face. Instead of asking how she could help me, she said I was being rude. I spoke to Corporate and many customers are having problems with this app. Instead of helping me with the app, which they pushed on me to begin with, she made the situation worse. Her team at first did not know how to update my account on the app with the new phone number. You can't get the 7th visit free if you don't make the appointment through the app. I spent an hour before this visit on the phone with their customer service corp number trying to get help, then in the store, wasn't getting help either and needed to get to work. The store manager was unpleasant and treated me like a problem. My dog was in the back checked in no problem. The problem was the managers attitude and lack of knowledge and help with the Petco app. The Petco staff at this location are defensive and unknowledgeable of the promotions they push on their customers. If they had simply gave me a punch card like the old days, none of this would have happened.

Sad to see this place slowly go down hill. Seems like the way management has been treating the employees here is finally starting to cause people to start to quit. The atmosphere just isn't the same anymore.
