Dustin was AMAZING!!!!!! My daughter came down from Birmingham for my Birthday, her car broke down, i called Dustin….. they towed it in and fixed it the same day….. It's sad when you take your car to Parrish and they vendictuvely sabotage your car so it won't start when you go to pick it up. It's rude, horrible people that would make it not have any power at all. No lights no power buttons nothing. On purpose! Please unless you have a pile of money you want to waist. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!°!!!!!!!!!THEY ARE HEARTLESS!!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Parrish Tire & Service Center. It was raining when we arrived and Troy came to get the door for us and helped us inside. He even parked our car. Since our 1 year old baby boy was with us this was much appreciated. When we got inside I saw a friendly face, Chasity who I’ve known for many years. It seems like wherever she works the culture of that place gets better. I was so impressed with the quality of the work and the fairness of the prices. I highly recommend this place if you are in Baldwin County in the Daphne area looking for a place to get an oil change or auto service. Five stars all around!

My family and I were traveling from FL to MS and got a flat tire. The friendly staff were so quick to help us when we pulled up. We were so tired we all sat comfortably in the waiting room and watched a movie. In less than an hour we had a brand new tire and back on the road again!! I really appreciated how they took care of us. They didn’t ask me to leave a review but I genuinely wanted to.

On my way to work I stopped at the store and my truck wouldn't start when I tried to turn it over. No clicking or anything. All the lights came on but would make any noise. I figured it had been the starter. I called and asked them for a quote on a new starter. They gave it to me and I agreed on the price. I then needed a tow because my roadside assistance had lapsed. So I also used them. When I got a break from work I had gone down there and spoke with someone behind the counter and explained that I wasn't a mechanic but thought that was the problem with my car. The guy agreed and said that the tow truck guy said the same thing. I asked them to check it out because I wasn't sure. They replaced the starter and I went to pick it up. I stopped on the way home and the truck would start and was doing the same thing. Once again, for no reason, it finally started back up like it had for the tow guy.i went back and they said the starter was bad but couldn't explain why it was still doing
what I originally brought it in for and said if i wanted them to fix it, the would have to diagnose it. I just spent $500 replacing a starter because it wouldn't start. Now they wanted another $125 to hook up a computer to run a diagnostic to find out was l what was wrong.... again. He told me I just asked him to put in a new starter, not check it out. Then tried to argue with me telling me I gave him the wrong engine size. Expensive lesson learned. Smh very disappointed.

After we contacted him on the phone and agreed, he immediately arranged for us to change our tires. They worked very carefully and delivered the goods on time, and the charges were very affordable.I don’t know if they have a female boss at the front desk. She does a great job. She treats every guest well and is very careful. She doesn’t deal with things carelessly or cannot do things. She promises you first and then cannot. Delivered on schedule, really excellent.

I just had a brake job done here. Aside from a funny incident where they misunderstood my name, everything was great. They called me and offered options. I also had a few warning lights on the dash after an incident on I-65, and they said I should go to the dealership to get it handled. They said I'd have to go there to get one particular light reset, so I might as well save money and do it all at the dealership! It's not very often that a place sends business elsewhere! But I completely appreciated their honesty and applaud them for keeping my checkbook in mind. Acts like that bring customers back! And I will be back!
