Wow, I didn't know you could just walk in, purchase a headlight bulb, and they will install it free for you right then and there! Awesome. saved me a trip to the mechanic! Alissa was very helpful, polite, and took care of me right away. thank you! I will be coming back!

Didn't enjoy my experience at this location... Went in to get a part for my wife's car... First of all noone acknowledged me... Then when I finally went up to the counter and showed the guy what I needed he took me down the isle and was helping me but another customer came in and he left me to help the other customer, when he had two more workers in the back who wasn't doing anything... I could here them in the back joking around and laughing... This made me frustrated so I just left... Yes I am African American and the other customer was causcasian... Long story short you won't have to worry about me ever going there again spending my money...

This is my "go to" parts store. They always have the parts that I need. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is always well stocked along with being clean and orderly. Never had a bad experience at this location. If I could only get them to do all the work on my truck too....lol

Knocked it out of the park for me. I knew my battery was a problem. They put a new one in my car in about 3 minutes. I highly recommend this place

If i could give this location less than 1 star to make this review, i would. I had a dead car battery tonight and had a friend jump me off so I could get my battery replaced. When I got there I had a man test my battery, and then without even looking at the computer or consulting a supervisor he told me that he can’t do anything to help me because of the year of my car (2020 Hyundai). He said my only option was go to the dealership.Thankfully another customer saw that I was upset and told me that this location has a reputation for not helping their customers and advised me to go up the road to Auto Zone.An employee at Auto Zone was able to replace my battery in less than 10 mins. Save yourself some time and go anywhere but here if you need auto parts. Clearly they dont know how, or don’t want to help customers at O’Reilly’s in Daphne

Horrible experience will never be back they sell poor products then don't stand behind them, one person that works there is completely incompetent and rude which makes it bad for everyone else who isn't and actually knows their jobs.Bought a bad battery said battery was good but took had tested battery only a year old also bad. I don't care if it's free I will never shop anywhere that says O'Reilly's again.
