Took my boat in for service in daphne and went over twice on the phone and in person exactly what I wanted done, when I picked it up all the work wasn't complete, spoke to the manager whom told me he would call me back the next day with a plan to make it right and after a few days of me trying to reach him I just spent an hour and $40 dollars and finished the job I paid ocean marine $450 dollars to do so I could use my boat.

Called about a product/part and the guy didn't want to take the time to look it up. I knew exactly what I needed and could've given a part number or serial number to easily pull it up on the computer but he told me to call back Monday when the parts guy was there.

Recently, my Ranger boat’s had some engine issues that I brought the boat to Ocean Marine to check, the service is very timely and the cost is very reasonable, plus they are so nice!!!

Friendly staff. This review is for a Suzuki repair. They are fast, got to my repair QUICKLY, fair price and most importantly work was done correctly. They also kept me updated on the status several times. Even washed my dirty boat! You owe it to yourself to try these guys. A little hard to find, but worth the effort. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be.

Normally I don't post bad reviews but my current experience (in process of buying) in Daphne, AL has not been the best. This is my second boat purchase and the dealer has not been very responsive. I drove 2 hours to drop my current boat off for an appraisal and to meet my dealer and he left without notice and I waited 2 hours before leaving. I'm buying a new boat wasn't given any potential options to add or any info about the boat. This has been the worst experience. I even called to work with another rep and that's when I got a call back from my rep. This is not how you treat customers who are in the process of making a purchase.

My experience with Ocean Marine Group has been horrible from the beginning. Absolutely the poorest communication that I have ever received in any business transaction. They simply don’t return phone calls and don’t do what they say they are going to do.They don’t care. Im still waiting on parts that I should have gotten a month ago. I had to go out and buy a cooler myself that was included with the boat. The dealer gave me an allowance of sale price and I had to pay the tax myself! I will have to call the manufacturer to get keys to lock the boat because Ocean will not return calls. Do yourself a favor, buy from a dealer that appreciates their customers. These people have no idea what good customer service is!!

Wanted to take my family out on our pontoon one morning, but needed a part for the Yamaha outboard. Went straight there when they opened, and they had a used part in stock and let me have it for free. Definitely will be shopping here and recommending them. Saved a family outing! Thank you!
