Customer service 101. We visited the Daphne store and the sales persondidn't greet us or even say hello. I finally went over to her. The person I waswith bought something but I refused. IF you expect people to shop, youshould be friendly with your customers. I will not return.Today we went to the Fairhope location. My gosh, the same thing thoughthey did say hello. They never offered to help or strike up a conversation.The store is cute but I can shop elsewhere or go online and be treatednicer. If you can't say hello and greet me, then I have no reason to return. Youobviously don't care we are shopping in your store. Why buy anything?

The original store, back 30+ years ago, was a huge 5. Even at 10 y.o. I could browse forever. It is a little more mainstream than back in the day, but I can still burn a lot of time (and sometimes $$) in either location. Another reviewer hit the description of Objects on the head: It is the perfect place to buy a gift that will stand out and be remembered.

My little boy needed to use the restroom while we were in Objects. I took him to the back of the store to what looked like a bathroom area. The store employee working the back last Saturday was extremely rude in asking what I was doing and huffing that they do not have a public restroom. I wasn't upset that they didn't have a restroom but I was extremely upset with the rude manner in which the situation was handled. There was no need to be rude...I wasn't try to go somewhere "off limits", I was simply trying to help my little boy find a restroom.

This place used to be pretty good...Sucks terribly recently. I dealt with the high prices because of the convenient location, but then I heard management berating some poor girl while I was on the sales floor. Now I understand why this place sucks...Who wants to work for terrible and disrespectful management? There are plenty of other options...I'd rather take my business elsewhere.
