I was very pleased with the great customer service from everyone and also how quickly they helped me. I had a new account and my check cashed in about 20 minutes.”

The interest rate, approval phase and then construction were handled in a simple and straightforward manner.Greg provided financing even though I had limited my retirement income stream until social security, deferred comp and other retirement streams kicked in. He focused on assets, down payment and credit history.I am not sure if I would have qualified using the standard income analysis. Greg asked for all the required documentation upfront. We had 1 meeting and he never asked for anything again.Just cannot recommend Community, Greg and Nina enough. They made a complicated often painful process as simple as possible.”
“Family Security Credit Union is a very nice hometown credit union that is based in Decatur, Alabama. There only location in a big city is in Mobile. All of their other branches are in smaller, more rural areas. The staff at this branch is very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our hunting club has an account here and they make it very easy for people to pay their dues every year. I am a member of three different credit unions and I highly recommend this one. They have some of the best rates for loans.”

2535 US-98, Daphne“Big kudos to the Branch Manager Quinn Vitulli. He had done great helping me solving the mortgage payments issue today. My mortgage payments was messed up by my mortgage company. They drafted my payments from my different bank accounts for the same mortgage ( meaning I paid doubles). And it happened for two payments periods. I was not aware until I checked both accounts and discovered the mistake. I wanted to stop the mortgage from Wells Fargo account and get refund back but was told my mortgage company that I have to go in-person to Wells Fargo bank to verify the payments drafted from Wells Fargo to get refunded ( they know they received mortgage payments but just don’t want to refund immediately!) So I went to Wells Fargo Daphne Branch. Quinn connected with my mortgage company in his office and helped me&them to figure out the mistakes and get refund set up for me. Great client mindset! In addition to that, Quinn gave good suggestions that I should keep my bi-weekly payments from another banks and stop auto payments from Wells Fargo account. And he is very patient to guide me step by step in my cell phone Wells Fargo app to set up regular payments transfer from Wells Fargo to my bi-weekly payment bank account. When I mentioned I want to order more paper pay check, he tirelessly showed me how to order through Wells Fargo app. All in all, Quinn is very customer minded, very patient and very helpful for the clients. “Last week, I discovered an issue with a checking account here at New Horizons. I called and spoke with their "call center" and got very poor resolution. This morning, I went to the Daphne location and was lucky enough to meet Heidi. She was a doll! She was so helpful, very polite and just a great person to represent their business. I told her the problem and she knew exactly what to do to correct the issue. After she had taken care of the problem and I left, she went above and beyond and called me to let me know that everything was complete and resolved. I'm going to just go to the branch if I need any more help. And I'm going to find Heidi!”
