From my daughter—-Today August 1, 2023, I went into the nail shop Nails Now as I’m new to the area and was looking for a nail tech for my birthday week celebrations. Upon arrival I showed the gentleman a picture of what I was wanting done and asked if he could do it. He replied yes and stated that I must pay $130 for my nails and a pedicure. He actually cut my toes while filling but I had already paid and was thinking accidents happen. So when we continued to my nails he then informed me he couldn’t do what I had asked for up front and didn’t even have the color to just do solids and followed it up with he doesn’t know how to do it and he doesn’t do tips. When I asked for my money back he informed me I couldn’t get it back because he preformed a service. I left in tears, cut toes and badly done nails.

Linda (the owner) was amazing! They are one of the original nails salons in baldwin county and it’s clear why! Their knowledge and kindness is beyond any experience I’ve had in the many salons I’ve been to- I just wish they were in every city so everyone could experience this kind of top-of-the-line service. Linda did a GREAT job on my nails. I chose SNS and sometimes techs have a hard time making it smooth and even, but Linda made it look easy.

Highly upset! I went in yesterday got my nails done they were rushed and Uneven . Less than 24hrs later one broke , went back in today and she re-polished them because she stated the polish looked dull THE SAME POLISH SHE PUT ON 23HRS AGO!!! after the repair my nails I disliked them even more , I’m even more dissatisfied than yesterday the nail is wide and doesn’t look like the others. I became so frustrated with trying to make the shape match the others I just told her not to worry about it . Ms. Linda is EXTREMELY sweet but she will never do my nails again . This was the worst experience I would not recommend them .

I'm usually never leave a review but I felt I needed to . I'm new to the area and have been looking for a good place . This place isn't it . I went for a pedicure and the gentleman didn't even use soap in my feet . He didn't clean under my nails or remove any dead skin . All he did was clip and file the nails . I would never go back to this place again .

My family and I came to Daphne for a little vacation and my daughter wanted to get her nails done for the first time. Mrs. Linda was fabulous. Very patient with my child and our nails look fabulous
