“My experience with Candance at the T-Mobile store at 6850 US-90 Jubilee Square in Daphne couldn't have gone any smoother.
She greeted me at the door with a smile and quickly ported me over from another carrier even though it involved several phone calls to my son-in-law in CO.
Her manager was also helpful, even stopping with another transaction to answer a question.

We had gone to a sister store to switch carriers that was apparently a third party location… they had put on 6 other devises to our plan, and didn’t even switch over my watch.. needless to say, it was a mess. Buck took over an hour to correct everything the other store did, so that we didn’t get charged hundreds of dollars. Jerry was also super helpful. If you need anything done, go to this store and ask for Buck. They are super helpful and actually know what they are doing! If I could give 10 stars I would.”
