Everytime I deal with these folks it's a complete head ache they don't have any good phones idk how folks are even giving this place 5 stars never had a good experience with them definitely about to check around to switch my service

I want to write a review primarily to say thank you to James, the manager, who went above and beyond to help me set up a multi-line account when we moved. In two separate visits he helped me to select a plan and to ensure that I was correctly enrolled in auto-pay. His professionalism was superb and his patience great. I decided to switch to Metro because of his customer service. Highly recommend. I will encourage any friends who set up accounts to head his way.

Everyone that has a Droid has trouble with it!Metro is cheaper so that's something I just dealt with.However, my so has an iPhone.The manager James is friendly enough, yes had given me stuff and reached out.That's unprofessional in itself.I never said anything because he is sweet. He was flirting with me and didn't put premium insurance on mysons iPhone so when I needed to make a claim they wouldnt replace it.First I went to him to fix the problem. He couldn't because he hit the wrong button. His manager even told me so.So then I went above him to mobile.I was upset and had every right to be. In Mobile she fixed the problem.I went in the store because my phone wouldn't even make calls. I would never purchase anything from him again so he should have been professional and solved the problem!I am a paying customer.Instead he cusses me out, insults and threatens me.Wow!Think I'd rather pay twice as much for Verizon

James the store manager is very unprofessional!He harasses women then when you complain they make you go to mobile to get any help with your phone.The service is horrible.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Huge Shout out to the worker James! He was fantastic! Very kinda , patient, and helpful! This man deserves a raise. I switched from cricket so I went to metro , I got free phones and not a single service issue yet! Highly recommend place to go.

Useless act as if they hate to see a costumer coming!! Turn you away and tell you to call costumer service before you even fully ask your question. Terrible service

Waiting forever, "as usual",'when "I" go to upgrade! Overall the employee was vary helpful & made the experience one of the best when it comes to my annual visit with a phone/internet service provider.
