Employees lied last year about the warranty and what we could do if our dryer went out. We were told if we purchased the 3 year then anytime during that period if something were to happen then they would exchange for a new one in-store so we made the purchase and also bought the warranty. Fast forward to now. We were told to go home and get the dryer so we could get a refund and then repurchase the same dryer and also get a refund on our warranty. That was a lie and we wasted time and money doing this. My company will be leaving Lowes and switching primarily to Home Depot after this.

Purchased a Craftsman pressure washer and it quit after 2 uses. Customer service was initially helpful, as they usually are, then it went down hill. They mentioned the product had been known to have problems and was returned by several other customers. They tried to return and it was day 34 of a 30-day return window. They did try to override it, but the system didn't allow it and said we would have to have it repaired under manufacturer warranty. I asked to speak with a manager and they said it would result in the same outcome. So, now a big box store is comfortable taking money for a product they KNOW is sub-par, management HIDES behind the counter rather than listening to their customers, and they CONTINUE to DUPE other hardworking customers with subpar products. So disappointing, Lowes!

Don’t expect customer service to fill your online orders for pickup. You can expect to be left on hold multiple times until you’re hung up on and your orders cancelled so they don’t have to pull it.

I went to Lowes to buy grill.found the one I wanted and asked Salesman if he had one all put together, he to betsaid yes. I said ok he said we'll load it. It's too big for me to unload. So he said we'll deliver it like the sign said. On Friday the day it's supposed to be deliver. Lowes in west mobile calls says they don't have one put together. I explained I paid for one already put together in Daphne. He says take that up with Daphne Lowes and the Salesman is not working but Darlene is and she took great care found my grill with my name on it. Loaded it up for me. Next week it supposed to rain I go back to Lowes and you guess it. Darling finds the cover I need. Many thanks to the hard work Darlene. Lowes needs to find more people like Darlene.

I went to Lowes in Daphane last night and had the best experience in a hardware store I’ve ever had. Kelly, Jeff, and Clint was so helpful they assisted me in picking out a charcoal grill and refrigerator. They demonstrated how to operate both items while making some great recommendation on seasoning and types of wood chips and charcoal pellets for my grill. I would highly recommend Lowes to anyone I know.??

If you are wanting to buy pine straw I would not buy any from This Lowes in Daphne Al. In Malbis!! It was old and loaded with trash like limbs and vines . At the price Lowes is charging they need to inspect there products before they sell to there customers.!! I would advise anyone needing pine straw to go to Home Depot in Daphne Al . price is cheaper pine straw is fresh and has no trash in there's!!
