If I could give it zero stars I would!! I have been asking for help for the longest concerning my car payments. I haven’t had my car for 6 months and it broke down on me….now that’s it back running, they don’t want to take the car back even though i’m requesting for a voluntary repossession which I have the right to do!! They are purposely denying my request and not trying to help at all…Trying to take money out of checks when i have constantly tried to give the car back.I have paid to fix problems that cost more than what the car is worth!!! bad attitude and horrible customer service!!

This loan to my 77 year old mother was outrageous. I will be looking into our legal rights. No one should be able to charge a 35.8% APR, such as your company charged my Mom and I am sure she is not the only one. . This is taking advantage of our aging aging population. You should be ashamed on these predatory practices!

Had to give my car back and they auctioned it off and I had to pay what was left over. However though they are claiming to have sold my car $100 and now owe my entire car payment still...without the car. They also have yet to send me all the information on the auction which is making me believe that they are playing me

I couldn't afford my car payment anymore so needless to say it got repossessed. However that's not my issue, when they auctioned off my 2013 Nissan sentra that was is in great condition on both motor and body, they basically gave it away because what I owe them from what was left over, its only a $100 different from what I had left on it and they have yet send me all the information about the auction so im not even sure they are being truthful

Needed a loan quickly and the dealership partners with Lendmark. Jessica Randall, my loan consultant, was thorough and helpful. She was able to process the majority of my paperwork virtually so when I arrived the following day I mainly just needed to sign documents. Jessica and the other lady in the office were both pleasant. I have not been with them long, but so far I am pleased with the experience.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I have been a customer of Lendmark for almost three years and have secured two loans with them. They always call and ask if I want more money and I always say no. This time they called to ask the same question, and when I told them no they said they could also see if I could lower my payments. Well, OF COURSE I want to lower my payments!! They worked on it most of the day and told me my payment could be lowered by $30 per month. They asked when I could come in to sign the paperwork and I scheduled a time to come in. I rush to Daphne from my place of work in PACE, FL only to find out I was LIED TO. No, my payment wasn’t lowered $30, it was increased by $6. I was FURIOUS. They told me it was only lower without all of the insurance they had on there from previously, which they did not tell me on the phone two days earlier. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM LENDMARK BECAUSE THEY WILL EVENTUALLY LIE TO YOU TO GET MORE FROM YOU.
