I went in to personal training thinking I wouldn't fit in but I cannot express how generous Kayotic is. Their charisma is incomparable. And their smiles come in the thousands with each visit. You can tell they enjoy what they do and take as much care as they can with each person that is willing to make a difference with their life, bodies, and patterns. If you give it your all, you can feel a positive difference in who you are becoming. Every day I'm there, they help me find it.Nikki - 100%Kay - 100%Thank you for all you do!

Really great gym with a good vibe! I don't mind co-ed gyms but I'm loving that this is all ladies. It definitely helps you feel more relaxed when you're just getting started. Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the staff to the other patrons. So glad that I jumped on to try them out!

As a fellow gym owner from out of town I was looking for a group fitness gym to sign my family up at that lives in the area. The owner and staff was very friendly and willing to answer all my questions about their programs. They also gave me a tour of the facility and explained the structure of the current class that was taking place. I will be recommending this place to my friends and other family members here in Daphne!

Where to begin? I love the classes. I've been working out here for 2 solid years and I'm never bored. I love the trainers, who are each unique and love what they do. Kay is amazing and I love this gym!

There is not a better gym in Baldwin county hands down! If your looking to change your body and mind-do yourself a favor and join! Great staff, free child care, and woman only. You can’t beat it. Plus the workout kick butt which is why you keep going back. Cant say enough positive things about the gym!

Best gym I ever went to! Fantastic work outs that will get you in shape , build your strength and endurance. It never gets boring at Kayotic Fitness, there are always new moves and twists.

I L�VE Kayotic Fitness! First of all, I have been a group fitness instructor for 10 years and personal trainer for over 2 years. I have worked at various gyms on the Eastern Shore and participated in almost everything fitness available in the area. I feel so comfortable working out at Kayotic because it's all women!!....No makeup, no worries, just hard work and sweat. The workouts are different everyday and they kick my tail! In the past, my body would get used to my workouts and I wouldn't feel the results. I can honestly say that I get that “good sore†after every workout. My booty is lifting and I can feel my core strength improving everyday. Love the energy and the positivity of the trainers. I also love that my performance is not compared to others. It's not a competition but Kay and Nikki still push me to do my personal best!
