After training with Kaleina for the last several months, I've lost 30 lbs and improved my body composition. She is amazing and offers nutrition plans as well as workouts. Every workout is something different so I never get bored. She listens to what your goals are and helps create a plan to get you there. She is super accommodating and is able to work around my schedule.

I have been working with Kaleina since last October and I am loving it!!! The pounds are just melting away and I’m building muscle like there’s no tomorrow! She is a comforting and welcoming face to work out with each and every work out session! Kaleina is an ocean of knowledge when it comes to nutrition and exercising and I am so thankful I took that leap and reached out to her to begin my fitness journey!

Kaleina is a wonderful personal trainer -- very happy to adapt exercises to our needs/abilities, and always mixing things up so it doesn't get tedious. The space is great too -- quiet, cool, and lots of equipment. Highly recommend!!

I was stuck at 206 to 210 lbs and decided to start walking again. As I walked the sidewalks of Dauphin street, something caught my eye in the store front glass. With every step was a tummy jiggle in the glass.

I highly recommend working with Kaleina! I worked out with her 2 days a week, 45 minutes each session for a total of 3 months (plus started doing cardio at least a couple days a week per her guidance). I actually had to take a full month off after our first 30 days due to foot surgery and I still ended up losing 16.2 lbs... which is actually a noticeable amount when you're only 5 ft 1 in. And I could not be happier! She helped me ease back into working out as my foot healed. She taught me how to change my eating habits for weight loss and just overall healthier living, and I honestly never feel like I'm "starving" anymore. Plus, she taught me tons of exercises that I can now do on my own at the gym. She is easy-going, super approachable, and flexible when I had something suddenly come up. Thanks to her, I feel a difference in my clothes AND confidence. If you want results and are willing to put in the work, Kaleina will get you there.

She is awesome! Very kind and nonjudgmental, I felt very comfortable with her. I lost inches while with her and miss her workouts. Unfortunately, I had to stop due to financial reasons.

I would highly recommend her to anyone at any age - I am in my late 50's and did not think I could ever lose weight. Kaleina is a professional trainer and it shows with the results that I have had in the last 6 months. She makes working out so much fun and knows how to keep you motivated. She is always changing your workout so you are working all of your body. I am on the nutrition plan that she tailors to your personal needs and it works.

I have been working out with Kaleina since July 2015. She is absolutely the best. Her work-outs are designed specific for what your goals are and she has a great nutritional layout to help you with weight goals, body fat and inches!!!! She pushes me out of my comfort zone and has helped me to gain not only muscle tone but flexibility. I've had several broken bones and injuries in the past and she works with me on some limitations that I have but she's taken me further than I ever thought possible with my body!! She is such an awesome motivator which is huge in keeping me on track and keeping on, keeping on. Kaleina is truly a blessing to me. So glad I found her.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing of a personal trainer Kaleina is!! I needed her for a short time and in that time she did an amazing job and helped me get where I needed to be. There are not enough words to thank her for all of her help. She is super flexible with scheduling and willing to sacrifice her own personal time to help a client. She knows her stuff when it comes to nutrition and physical fitness. She is very knowledgeable and always able to provide advice or give a little extra support and confidence booster. I would recommend Kaleina to anyone for any physical or nutritional needs. She will help you achieve whatever you are wanting. Highly recommend and can't wait to get back to her being my personal trainer when I am done with training for my job.

I have used trainers in the past, the ones who put every single client on the exact same routine. I vowed to never hire another trainer. However, after having 2 shoulder surgeries this year, I knew I needed help. I was new to this area and really researched whom I would take a chance on. I hit the jackpot with Kaleina. She is the first trainer that really listened to my needs, that has the ability to push me the right amount, and her routines are always different and creative. Her knowledge of nutrition, whether you need to lose weight or gain weight, is top notch. Her understanding of muscle development is the best I have seen. My shoulder feels so much better, I have lost weight, my body shape is transforming, and I look forward to my sessions with her. She is just a joy to work with and I feel better in my 50"s than I have in 15 years. The love of what she does really shows.
