My engagement ring was much too small (even though my fiancé had warned me…) and I had to get it cut + resized. John George did an amazing job and was transparent on pricing, process and timeline.You can hardly see where they worked on the ring. It fits well too.I’d definitely recommend them and use them for all future needs!

Great customer service and treated us like a long time customer even though this was our first visit. We simply needed my daughter's watch resized and they did it really fast and for a very reasonable price. Wish I would have realized they were here a long time ago. Definitely will visit again.

I have had numerous watch batteries and bands replace and repaired here …Recently I brought in a ring that was my grandfather’s that over time (100 plus years) began to look poorly. ..They not only cleaned and polished the gold but polished the Ruby as well It looks FANTASTIC !! All of this was done at a ridiculously low price. If you are in need of any type of jewelry service THIS is the place. Locally and family owned taking great care to satisfy their customers.

Another store changed my watch battery improperly causing water damage and I was told I would have to have some parts replaced, these gentlemen were able to repair and clean the parts for a minimal fee. They have earned my loyalty and I won't go anywhere else.
