Such a lovely experience! Car was completed before quoted time and returned to me looking brand new! They were very communicative throughout the repair process which I appreciated!!! Very friendly office staff and grateful for an amazing experience!

The whole Joe Hudson Collision crew in Daphne were amazing!! They were very organized, & kept me updated on my car’s progress, often. Becky, in front office is a doll, & we love her!! However, I was most thrilled with how they washed & detailed my car before I got it back! That was so unexpected, & made my day!! Gold stars, all the way around for Joe Hudson Collision in Daphne!!

First time in decades that I needed a body shop.
Could not believe how they have streamlined the entire process from initial estimate to insurance coordination to completion of repair.

Upon arriving to the shop to get repairs done, my car worked perfectly fine which I’ve had the vehicle for only two months. . Once receiving the car back there were additional problems other than body work. I received the car back with no working AC, A maintance light of “front lane assist not available” due to not aligning the car correctly (per VW dealership) also I’ve included pictures where the tubing on the bottom of the door was cut incorrectly which is causing it to pop off everything time I open the door. (Which i have to stick it back each time when opening). This is NOT what I expected my outcome to be. I am now having to get my AC fixed which it’s causing me to rent a car again for a week, it’s 95+ degrees so AC is a must! When i mentioned it to the shop(just the AC, i wasn’t aware of the other issues until after) the said “it’s not their fault” and told me to find somewhere to fix it! The very upsetting thing about this whole ordeal is none of this was my doing! I was REFERRED to them by the person that hit me which caused all of this to begin with! I’m NOT a happy customer and would not refer them due to the negligence of my car!

I cannot recommend Joe Hudson enough. They were thorough in their explanation of the repair time and cost, helped explained some of what to expect from an insurance standpoint and not only repaired my vehicle but also had it detailed inside and out to have it looking and smelling brand new

We needed a trim piece and aftermarket running board replaced, and had a rattle we thought was associated with the needed repair. Repair was done (looked great) but rattle was still there. Shop took it back, found and fixed the rattle. We are well - pleased!

I could not believe how good this body shop is. My truck had the drivers door bashed in and sliced open. I was given a completion date of March 14. I picked it up today March 6. They cleaned the truck inside and out. I want to take it back once a month and have it cleaned.
They updated me every couple of days. Great, friendly people in the office. Highly recommend Joe Hudsons.

From start to completion, this repair was flawless! The estimate was below 3 other quotes that I got. Marcus, Brett and Laura were gems to work with. They completed the work two days ahead of the scheduled completion date. The work was excellent and their customer service was first class! I unreservedly highly recommend Joe Hudson's shop. I hope I never need to have any more body work done - but they will be the only company that I will contact, if I do. Great job, everyone!!! If I knew the name of those who did the body work and painting, I would thank them as well. Wonderful!!!
