Called to try and schedule an appointment. Told them of my disability. They refused to give me an appointment to come in and get help and advice to understand my Federal Tax Return. The young lady who spoke to me initially politely told me she would let me speak to a Tax Pro. Spoke to James who didn't give a _______ about my disability and my almost complete lack of knowledge with tax returns. I wanted to pay them for their time to answer questions about returns, but he stated "all we do is file your tax returns for you." Went on to say: If you want to make an appointment so we can file your taxes, we will. If there's not anything else, have a nice day (or something of that nature). I sat quietly on the phone for a couple of seconds (I was shocked) because I felt a sense of rudeness coming from James. He then hung up on me before I could answer him!!!!! Shame on you H&R Block FRANCHISEE!!!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business to ANYONE.

I waited until the last minute to do the taxes for my dad's trust. James was able to get them filed for me in an hour! I called other places and no one would even talk to me because it was so close to April 15th. Thank you so much James!

After going to Jackson Hewitt and being quoted at $300 for an amendment to state taxes ONLY, H&R Block made our tax nightmare a dream!! James Pacey is the man... literally had our amended return done in 10 mins and told us exactly what we had wrong. Highly recommend!

. I love JAMES PACEY! he is amazing with our taxes. But H&R Block charges us on spot and too much. Can someone please tell me why?? Least we should be able to have it taking out of our taxes instead of paying right on spot ..
