I’m very happy with Bayside! Dr. Ederer and her staff are always very welcoming and treat my fur baby pixie like their own. I would highly recommend them! They offer boarding too which gives me a piece of mind for my pet to stay with familiar faces.

Brought my 13 year old puppy here when we moved here. They treated him for excessive licking, I gave him the meds and it didn't work. They prescribed months later more of the same. He is still licking. He has to wear a cone full-time now. I tried to follow up and no response. I found a new vet.

Vet was late to appt, none of my dogs issues really got solved. ~250$ bill. I didnt realize Dr Corte had retired when i made appt.

Update 08/2024 (with our dogs this time) Once again, the staff was very polite and attentive and took their time explaining things and answering our questions. We knew Levi and Lucien were in good hand when the staff took them back for their test.

08/2023 Everyone has been so nice and helpful and have shown great care and concern for our little Ziggy. They have been easy to work with and have always answered all of my questions.

Just lost my dog of 16.5 years. They were very tender-hearted and compassionate. They let me sit with her for a little while after she had passed. And of course, Dr. Corte is great!! When I get another dog, I'll be coming right back here.

Everyone was friendly and patient with our high-strung boy. Victoria is very sweet and was thorough at explaining what needed done and the price so no surprises. Josie was sweet and helpful. Dr. Ederer answered my questions and was patient and friendly. Tara at the front desk is very welcoming and friendly. Would recommend and will be back.

Dr.Ederer and Dr.Corte really take the time to discuss any issues with your pet to help you come up with ideal solutions. They're the first vet I've gone to who recommended a specialist to help manage my dog's epilepsy, and the neurology team at Auburn University are top notch. Victoria, the office manager, is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough with discussing anything regarding your pet, from medications to diet plans. Customer service is superb also!

Dr. Ederer has been taking care of my baby for years ( actually followed her from another clinic - loved her so much)....very caring Dr. and staff - Krista is also awesome!! - gentle and kind and you can tell she loves her patients! Highly recommended clinic! Thank you for all you help!
