I booked a car. Ordered Uber for $25 to get there. And they said they don’t have any cars available and my reservation is not guaranteed. Spend another $25 on Uber to go back. “Awesome” way to spend $50

Had a reservation for a week. Showed up and stood there 40 minutes just to be told they didn’t have a car for me. When I asked why I wasn’t told when I got here 40 minutes before the woman complained about her manager the whole time.

Walked into this hertz here in Daphne AL around 4:30pm my car had just broke down and I was stranded and really needed a car even though the store close at 5pm The Manager Trainee here Damien Rudolph was outstanding!! He stayed pass his time to get off and cleaned me up a dirty car and rented it to me and was very kind and polite and had manners out of this world ! Damien me and my husband want to thank you a million of times if we could you are an amazing person and I will recommend anyone to you anytime !! Thank you again sir !!

Ordered a car two days in advance. Was called two minutes before scheduled pick-up time, while I was pulling up to their parking lot, that the car is not available. I was offered no help and no solution.

Ordered this on Expedia and they added $200 more than what I had agreed to pay. Absolutely no help at all when it came to resolving it.They will charge you much more than expected.

Best staff ever, If you are in need of a rental and near this location don't hesitate to call this location!!! I'm a truck driver, truck broke down need a rental to go home. My goodness this was the best customer service/support I've received. They are very nice, cars are clean and very knowledgeable on what they do. Thank you thank you thank you!! Love this team,I give then 5 starts all day everyday!@
