They encourage you to use the online banking, but their website is horrible. When I used online banking with Wells Fargo, it's was quick and easy. But here, it sucks. I cannot get into my account without having to actually go to the bank itself. I enter the same password I did at the bank, and it is wrong. Then I get plenty of emails saying all the logon attempts have failed please use the self reset password. 1) I only tried to log on once. 2) When I try to use the self reset, it will not allow me to. They should fix this problem.
