The one star isn't due to this office, but rather the inability to call it. Our family moved here a week ago and about 20% of our amazon and other provider packages are damaged. I just want to let them know since we're returning so may and taking picture of the boxes. I can't reach anyone to let them know as I keep receiving an 800 number requiring a tracking number or door Tage number, whatever that is. People are allowing themselves to become obsolete.

It's inside of CVS. Hard to get to, hard to see. You have to go to the same counter as the photo place. I had to wait, then the scanner wasn't at that counter, had to wait more.... the scanner was dead... waited, finally she came back with another scanner. I was able to have package scanned and leave. Short handed. But she was very polite.
