With rates going up steadily due to many increases in parts and labor plus higher liability settlements we needed a review to make cost saving changes where overlapping coverges with other insurance Elaine helped save a bundle. She's very knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining how we could trim costs with little to no increase in risk sharing. We're truly "In Good hands with Allstate"!

There's a saying, it's better to have and not need than to need and not have. That's definitely true for insurance. I don't interact much with them, only when necessary, so the few times I have had to contact them, including the initial inquiry, Ms. Bui addressed my questions and concerns!
