Went in for 10000 mile checkup. They changed oil and rotated tires. Said it would take 1.5 hours. They called me and said it was done in about 40 minutes. Car has been washed and looked great. Awesome service. Thank you. Highly recommend.

I had one of the most delightful experiences by my new RAV4 SUV my sales person listen to my needs and wants in a vehicle we located one on the lot that fitted my needs and it had a little extra so it turned out to be a good day.My sales person was Mona Phoenix Selim I highly recommend her to anybody that is looking for a new Toyota. She done a wonderful job. Thanks once again.

My sales person Anthony, was great, I managed to get through the showroom and onto the lot by myself and find the truck I went there to look at, went back inside ask for Anthony and he made the process easy for me. Downside , once you get into the finance managers office he'll try to sell you a maintenance plan,. Sold me on a extended warranty "only about 50 something dollars a month extra," when I looked at the paper work later found that it cost me 3650 bucks. Found a small scratch on the truck when I got it home butt had already accepted delivery, nothing I can't live with though. If you have a trade it's best to sell it and put the money on your new vehicle as they can't give you on trade in more than book. All in all better than dealing with any of the dealerships in mobile and worth the short drive there for the better service

first time buying from toyota. alonzo was amazing with finding the perfect car for me. i couldn't be happier! definitely go see alonzo!EDITIED- i bought my brand new 2024 corolla on tuesday. it had 200 miles on it after i had driven to mississippi to visit family. on my way home 3 lights came on - engine light, drive control, and system malfunction. i took it to the service department and was supposed to have jeremiah as my advisor. he pushed me aside multiple times until i was in tears frustrated. jason finally stepped in and got me into a rental. the rental was supposed to have a half tank of gas (i'm supposed to return it with the same half tank) but it only had a little over a quarter and a very dirty interior. maybe i just have bad luck with car's considering the 2019 nissan versa i bought 6 months ago just lost its transmission, but the customer service and cleanliness of the vehicles is awful. i understand new models have issues, but it's very frustrating.

Had my 1st service done on my Corolla Cross. There was an issue with the tire and they had to order a new tire, gave me a rental at no charge until the tire came in the next day. Happy with the Eastern shore service team

I had the Auto Butler service done. I was greeted by a friendly rep. We established the job being done. I had an appointment and my Tacoma went right in. I was there less than one hour. My truck looked great. I live in Pensacola (We have a dealership in town) I drive 50 miles to have service done at Eastern Shore Toyota in Daphne Alabama. I bought my truck, maintenance plan and extended warranty at Eastern Shore. My truck is 3 years old and looks like the day I bought it, rides like new also. Great job as always Eastern Shore Maintenance Department.

I was there the Saturday in person fighting for my son who was robbed with a smile. My son who is autistic was robbed of nearly $19000. He has come a long way but he is to trusting and Eastern shore Toyota took advantage of his disability. He and I tried to get his truck back but of course "it sold yesterday". so if you end up with a black 2018 Nissan Frontier with a little over 71k miles, they gave my son $17300 trade value, just know you have been had Along with my son. This dealership flagged this post before because they don't want people to know the truth. DISABILITY OR NOT YOU WILL BE ROBBED AT THIS TOYOTA DEALER WITH A SMILE.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. I was interested in purchasing a Prius Prime and reached out to them to inquire about the process. Unfortunately, it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of response from their salesperson. I left multiple messages, and my calls were never returned. It seemed like they had no interest in helping me or even acknowledging my interest in their product.Frustrated with the lack of communication, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I went to another dealership and was able to place my order for a Prius Prime without any of the hassle I experienced here.I understand that dealerships can be busy, but not returning calls and neglecting a potential customer is inexcusable.

Horrible experience! It took forever even though I was paying cash. The evidently were too lazy to call my bank for the small payoff on my trade in and charged me about $700 too much because of it. Even though I told them upfront I was paying cash they still ran my credit-strange!I called three times this week and never reached a person. I left 3 messages but no one ever returned my call. If you want to wast an afternoon or evening this is the place to do it!Thank goodness I love my new Toyota!

Eastern Shore Toyota has excellent service. I had a 7:30am appointment and was greeted with a smile. Took my vehicle and in about an hour had the oil changed and multi point inspection completed. As I'm planning a trip to Illinois next month Jeremiah set my mind at ease that all is well with my vehicle. Every time I have brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance or just to have it detailed Eastern Shore Toyota has always given me exceptional service.

We have bought three vehicles from Ed Reese. The entire process has been more than amazing. Ed has been informative and extremely helpful. Finance has also been great. Still deciding on service, but we are bringing in our new 4Runner again because the ac makes a noise, but hopefully they fix it after it is there a second time. I will say though, everyone in service has been professional, nice, and communication has been great!

Billy is by far the best service guy that I’ve ever worked with. He gave me options, prices and suggestions for my new tires. I don’t really know a lot about tires and I felt very comfortable after talking to him, in choosing what I wanted . I feel that he has my best interest in mind. I had my truck thru Auto Butler today. Good job there. But, after, I had a couple questions and minor issues and talked to MARIO in the Detail section. HE WAS OUTSTANDING. He went over and above to resolve all my issues. He was truly a joy to work with. MARIO is GREAT!!!!
