I purchased a 23 Tuscon from this company. I started experiencing chipping of paint just three years in. I spoke with over probably 10 different people about my issue. This was February of this year as of October 28,2023. My issue has not been resolved. It started off small but looks like I'm going to need a new paint job . Everyone is dragging me alone!!! I'm so frustrated with the whole process ! I just want my car back right for the price I'm: paying for it!!!

This was one of the best dealership service experiences I ever had. I was admitted promptly (I did have an appointment) and provided an estimate. Turns out, my 7-year old car is still in good shape and does not need any fixes. My tires were rotated, brakes checked, engine checked for oil leaks, car washed and vacuumed. I waited a bit over an hour in a pleasant lobby area. In the end I paid much less than anticipated. What a great start of the week!

We purchased a new Palisade Limited in 2021. It has been an excellent vehicle and my wife has throughly enjoyed it. I am 70 years old and have owned many vehicles. Some were not pleasant experiences. However, I am extremely satisfied with Eastern Shore Hyundai. I must Bragg on the Service Department. The Service Writers and Technicians who are very friendly and knowledgeable offer solutions without excuses. The Service Manager, Sam, is extremely dedicated and accessible insuring Customer Satisfaction. He is the glue that holds an extremely Well Tuned Service Department together!

Wonderful service! Had a check engine light come on our 2022 Sonata. Being on vacation we were lost on what to do. Drove it to this dealership and they gave us 5 star treatment!Hats off to Van Peterson assistant service manager for doing far beyond his job to quickly fix the issue! Hats off to Sam the service manager for being so nice to us being from out of town from 800 miles away in a jam. The general manager of this dealership should be proud of this staff that helped us get the issue resolved so quickly! Thank you!!

The purchase of a vehicle could not have been easier. Sales reps, Paul and Ryan made us feel at ease while they got the sale completed .It's been several years since my last vehicle purchase which was an all day experience but this purchase was completed in three hours. All I can say is kudos to everyone at Eastern Shore Hyundai for making this a pleasant experience.

This was probably my best overall experience at any dealership. From the staff at the front door, my salesman Paul, the sales manager Brian, Ryan who assisted me on the drive away instructions and finally the finance officer Matthew, I was thoroughly impressed with the whole process. We give it 4 stars because we made 2 trips to Eastern Shore to get help with the recall on vehicles potentially equipped with a tow hitch harness and was installed as original equipment. We received notice with two pictures of which neither one looked like ours. On our first visit there was one person in service We showed him the picture and asked him what to do. Told us the pictures didn't look like ours and he didn't know what to do. He was going to find out and give us a call. Never heard from him. On our next trip over that way we stopped in at service and this time we were told that we would have to make an appointment online and bring it back, So we went online and they were 2+ months out for appointments. It ended up that our Santa Fe was one that had tow hitch harness that was the recalled one. So we had waited months and months to find out that our car could potentially catch on fire. How poorly this was handled. Why weren't recall vehicles given a priority to get our automobile inspected. Now once we got in it went well and work was completed to make it safe to park in our carport. Sad that it wasn't handled the right way in the beginning.

After a car accident, I had searched online for a vehicle replacement and found my new-to-me Lexus at Eastern Shore Hyundai. Ronny was my salesman and I loved working with him. Matthew was my finance guru, and he worked hard to get me the best loan offers. I love Eastern Shore Hyundai and Toyota, and know I can count on them for my vehicles and maintenance. They've always treated me right.

This is the second car I have bought from Eastern Shore Hyundai. My first one was 12 years ago, I traded it in for the one I got today. Both times they have been very pleasant to deal with and seem to get you what you want. The reason I went back was because of their service department. I hardly ever had to use it but when I did they were very efficient. Not too crazy about driving across the bay but it has been worth it. Very satisfied. My salesman Brandon was great.Margaret

My wife has been a Hyundai person since they came to the US, the one we have now is her 6th Hyundai and it's a great vehicle with all the whistles and bells. No it's not stupid electric or crazy self driving because that's not whistles or bells, to me, that red flags and sirens :-) Not happening in this grumpy old dude's lifetime, but I digress :-) We didn't buy our Sante Fe Sport here but there was a security software upate needed so we brought it here for that service. We had a great service experience from phone call to drive out. The communications were outstanding, the staff was friendly and accommodating and very professional. The waiting area was comfortable with complimentary coffee and refreshments. There's also charging stations for phones and computer station as well. The whole facility was very clean and organized with friendly faces everywhere. Of course we are Hyundai customers and potential buyers so there's that ;-)Bottom line: Overall the service experience was efficient and pleasant, I would return.

Outstanding service, understanding and attitude. This dealership not only assists and accommodates their customers they educate them. They have always gone above and beyond for me. I will continue purchasing my automobiles from Eastern Shore. Heed my warning and stay far away from Eastern Shore Hyundai! Buying a car from this dealership was the worst experience of my life!! They held my purchased car, my trade, and money hostage for 13 days for a paint correction I was promised would be done in 2 days. Casey McGraw is the rudest most arrogant individual who uses his authority to undermine his own managerial staff even in front of customers! His staff is so afraid of him and seeks his approval they go along with the lies and manipulation. Women, especially, should avoid this male dominated dealership that makes you feel it isn't your place to question their decisions. You will be repeatedly lied to over and over and made promises they won't keep. And don't ever expect an apology; that won't happen. McGraw uses unrelated analogies to belittle and bully you! He flaunts his own personal success in your face. He will laugh about negative customer reviews and say they mean nothing to him. Clearly this man shouldn't be in an industry that is lead by customer service and satisfaction. McGraw humiliated me with his degrading comment that the loaner car I was driving (due to the dealership's lies and false promises) was nicer than what I purchased. He actually expected a thank you for his baiting of free car washes and "little surprises!" I left the dealership in tears and unfit to drive home by myself because of this individual and his actions! You are nothing more than a number at this place, seeing how many cars they can push out in a day at whoever's expense. Eastern Shore Hyundai did NOT come anywhere close to making me feel like a valued customer. They are lead by personal greed and nothing more! If you enjoy being disrespected, manipulated, bullied, degraded, and lied to then this is your place. If not, do yourself a favor and don't step foot in this place. I will never be back, and I will be sure my friends and family purchase elsewhere!

Eastern Shore Hyundai is my go-to dealership. I even travel the better part of an hour to get there when I have another Hyundai dealership in my town. Just bought my third Santa Fe from them and it is always a pleasant experience. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Derrick for working out a great deal for us on a 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy in the exact color that we wanted.
