Well I'm very disappointed in these people. For one every one that buys a car from them need to check your signatures on the USB.. also they throw warranty in there that you don't agree with so then your amount on your car is greater then what you agreed to. We have spoken to the manager there 3 times to fix this and still hasn't been fixed. Next is a attorney. Very fraudulent. I will tell everyone not to buy from there

I recently purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from Eastern Shore Hyundai, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. My salesman, Gabe, was incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and followed up after the sale to ensure that all of my additional needs were addressed. Matt in finance made the paperwork process quick and easy to understand, walking me through every step with clarity. Joel, the manager, was kind and thoughtful, and he also followed up after the sale to make sure my expectations were met.
What stood out the most was that I arrived to start the purchase after the dealership had technically closed, yet all three—Gabe, Matt, and Joel—stayed late without ever seeming rushed or bothered. They maintained a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the entire process, making it a truly stress-free and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Eastern Shore Hyundai and their exceptional team!

We just purchased a 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy as our new family car. The entire team at Eastern Shore Hyundai were an absolute dream to work with during the whole process.
