Scott is a great customer service Rep. My family has been to the bike shop 4-5 times over the last few months and we have purchased 2 bikes. A Specialized Mountain Bike and a Haul E-Bike. Both bikes are great, we love them both. We also love the customer service. All the guys in the shop are super helpful, friendly, and courteous. The shop also has a layaway plan if you need one to purchase a bike. This would be so helpful if needed. Especially for Christmas Purchases later this year. So SHOUT OUT TO SCOTT, from Bland and Melissa Burris.

Called the shop two times and was told they might be able to help me the technician on the phone told me they could look and see if they could help me. So I go into the shop and was told nothing could be done for me. And someone in the back spoke up in a very disrespectful voice and told me "we said we had to look at it 1st" totally reasonable request. When I came in was rudely reminded we had to look at it 1st. No duh....That's why I came in. He wasn't even who I was speaking with. He just decided to open his mouth. Avoid this shop if you would like to be treated like a person. They clearly don't know alot about wheels or tires. Or the way to treat people.True I completely agree if the 1 employee explaining the situation that the shop did not have proper equipment I completely understand that. Before I was disabled I worked in the fuel industry and know the proper equipment is needed to do jobs properly especially for customers. This would never been an issue. But for the employee to the left of the entrance to the back to make a comment to me about the question of the calls I had made I knew your employees needed to look at it. But I didn't get a simply yes or no sorry we can't. Our conversation was cut off by the employee in the back who we were never talking to. I appreciate your apology but that employee needs to understand the basic principle of not cutting off other people's conversations. As for the gentleman we were talking to in the 1st place was proper, Professional, and kind. Those in the back need to just work on bicycles.

These guys do a great job. Decent variety of stock bikes, from bmx and cruisers to serious mtbs and road bikes. Also a large selection of in stock parts and tons of repair experience. Doing great things for the local cycling community. I always recommend this place to my clients and they never disappoint.

I had my bike adjusted (fit) for me and I couldn’t be more pleased! He discussed each change and why and took stress off of my neck, shoulders and back which also allowed me to execute with more power behind each stroke. Very glad I had it done!

Phil at Eastern Shore Cycles is a true professional! Super friendly, knowledgeable and gets the job done right! My Retül fitting was a great experience. I got a great fit and learned a ton about my riding mechanics! Will be back again for sure for future “tune-ups” ;)

I bought my bike at ESC and was always happy with it and the service there but due to a move I tied another shop for a period of time. Wow what a mistake! I’ll never stray from Phil and the guys at ESC! It’s just where you should be if you have an eye for detail and care about integrity!??
