Two stars because the buying process was enjoyable and quick. However 2 stars also because I have had numerous issues with the car since I have purchased it a week ago. Headlights have a short in the switch and randomly shut off the Bluetooth doesn't work went to roll down the drivers window and the switch broke and has to be replaced the car sat for a weekend in the rain and it is wet on the floor boards and appears upon closer look to be a hidden problem from the dealer or the previous seller the plastic trim piece on the floor board came off driving down the highway and I was able to repair Not happy with this car at all so far. This much stuff shouldn't happen to a car in a week.

David was very nice at future auto and took great care of me. I was selling my prius, and found them through kelly blue book they beat both carmax and toyota dealership on paying for my prius. Needless to say i was super happy and grateful. They have beautiful cars on the lot. I highly recommend you check them out

My daughter and I drove from Augusta Ga to purchase a truck from Chase and he came out on sat morning to meet with us and let me take as much time as needed. Very good buying experience. We drove truck back to Augusta 475 miles with no problems. Oh and ROLL TIDE...

What a great car buying experience. I hate being at the dealer for hours and negotiating with a person that has no authority at all and always has to go ask for permission. Chase and I agreed to a price in about minute, shook on it and went and did the paperwork. All told we were done in about 30 minutes.

Chase is great to work with. No pressure sales. We came multiple times before we decided to buy and he kind to let us look at it and test drive it as much as we needed before we actually bought. Will definitely consider buying from him again!

Recently saw a car we were interested in and emailed Chase for details. He responded promptly with answers which led to a phone call and a drive to his dealership that afternoon (we live out of state). He met with us, answered more questions, we did a test drive and purchased the vehicle. This happened within an 8 hour span. Chase never pressured us and he was a pleasure to work with. This was the kind of car buying experience you want to have. We would recommend Eastern Shore Auto Brokers to anyone looking for a good vehicle for a fair price. We will do business with Chase again when we are in the market. for another vehicle.
