These guys are the absolute best. They fixed the AC in my car 5 years ago and it's still working like a charm. If they can't figure out something weird with your car they can tell you what it's not and send you to someone they trust. Now, that's honesty. I love them all madly and will go to them first.

I’m from Mobile area, but was going to in Daphne till later in the day. Noticed my tire was low & I didnt have time to make it back home. Made a pit stop here to get my tire fixed. Thankfully I stopped, I had a screw in my driver side tire and Alex was able to fix it up for me. 10/10 recommend. It was also nice not to feel ripped off. ?Service: Tires

Ian was incredibly patient, responsive and above all honest. He put oil in my truck because it was bone dry and I was there for brakes. You won’t find a better place to take your vehicle in Daphne. Ask for Ian!Service: Auto brake repair

They changed my motor mount on my volvo s40 t5 with no problem and very nice people. Fill like your at home in your garage working on vehicles. I will be back something goes wrong.

As a female looking to have a vehicle repaired, I am cautious. I called East Bay Automotive in Daphne, Al. because of the reviews I read. I was even more impressed when I called. I spoke with Ian. He asked what was going on with the car and how it sounded. He said to bring it in the next morning so he could test drive it. Upon arriving, he was super nice again and quick to help. He then had his mechanic drive it as well. It ended up being what we suspected and an expensive repair. Ian gave me options to repair it in sections, and said my pads were at 60% and they could wait too if needed. I’ve NEVER encountered such transparency and a simple explanation. They had it ready for me within a day! The price ended up being even lower than his original price range!

I contacted East Bay and spoke to Joe about a repair I needed to make before going out of town. This shop is fantastic and corrected my problem within a day! Car got crashed into and bumper cover was dislodged, owner of the shop assisted me by fitting back the bumper cover in place free of charge. Was very thankful and impressed with his professionalism.

First impressions are lasting impression. This place was highly recommended by my manager and I quickly found out why. These guys are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They had my vehicle for 3 hours and had it back in working order. They were fair in pricing and before they touched it they recommended that I check to ensure my Powertrain warranty wouldn't cover the cost. I will definitely take my vehicle back to them and recommend others to do so as well.
