I joined Daphne Fit Body Boot Camp in October 2021 and it has changed my life. I absolutely love it! I go to the 5 AM class 5 times a week and I’ve never once done the same workout twice. I love the variety and the coaches are great at keeping everyone motivated. I highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a community of supportive people that become almost like a second family.

I completed an 8 week challenge ! I have gained 4 pounds of muscle mass and lost 4 pounds of body fat !!!! The classes are Great ! Some days I struggle more than others but when I leave I feel better and I feel accomplished! It has changed my way of eating and makes me want to keep going to see what more can change over the next 8 weeks !!! Thanks to everyone at Fit Body !!!!

I am not an exercise novice. I have been active most of my life. I have done P90X, other workout routines, worked one on one with personal trainers, follow fitness influencers like Kim French on Instagram, and have been very consistent in the gym for the past five years. I hit a plateau. This was the best decision I’ve made when it comes to fitness. It is definitely helping me overcome the plateau. This class is for the beginner, intermediate, or advanced person. You will definitely learn and improve. The structure keeps me very motivated. My trainer is absolutely excellent and really cares about my results. When I have issues (like shoulder pain), they give me modification moves so I can still participate and keep going. It’s all-around wonderful, and I would recommend this program to anyone that is physically able to exercise.

I met Steven the owner about 10 years ago and became a member of Daphne Fit Body Bootcamp about 4 years ago. The coaches, family atmosphere and great encouragement have been a tremendous asset to my life and I’m a much healthier version of myself because of it. I lost 87 lbs at my high point and although I gained back about 20 during Covid I’m in the best shape of my adult life. I turned 60 in December. This place has been life changing for me and countless others and I’ve also made some wonderful friends in the process. I highly recommend!

DFBBC is the best gym in the Eastern Shore. The coaches are helpful and encouraging, including sharing modifications for moves that don’t work for everyone. The atmosphere is energetic and classes are never the same so all muscle groups are addressed . We celebrate all victories, no matter how big or small. I’ve definitely met some of my best friends at the gym and look forward to every class. The gym meets not only my exercise needs, but my heart and soul, too!

I love everything about this gym. I started 6 months ago and have grown stronger and more confident as time has gone by. The coaches are supportive and encouraging and I have enjoyed meeting new friends to work out with. I recommend 100 percent!

I've been going to Daphne FBBC for almost 6 months and lost 45lbs so far. The coaches are highly motivated and the workouts never get boring. Consistency becomes easy because you'll want to keep going back for more. Definitely recommend!

I've been a member since September 2021. I struggled 2 lose weight and couldn't seem 2 do so. Since I've been coming here, I've lost 28 pounds so far. Not only have I managed 2 lose weight but I have felt welcomed and accepted and have gained good friends here as well. I plan 2 continue 4 a long time.

Hands down this is the best decision I have made for myself. The staff is amazing and the classes are challenging yet addictive. Many class times and every workout is different so it goes by fast. I highly recommend!!

The staff is amazing they are very encouraging and knowledgeable, they give you the step by step on how to start creating better habits and of course the workouts are challenging but so rewarding. I recommend they place 100% don’t miss out on a great workout and environment.
