My mother was employed at CPT for 10 years and was fired. This company has a lot of internal issues and the owner truly has no idea on how his company operates as he is uninvolved and allows his management to oversee operations, this is an issue because even management cannot properly handle issues and likes to sweep things under the rug. My mother was being treated unfairly by other coworkers and brought it to managements attention, the manager decides that it's a great idea to make the one of the individuals that is BULLYING my mom a Manager, the worker made it very obvious in front of the manager that she would be "documenting" everything my mom did "wrong" while at work. Management also never had the decency to pull everyone aside individually and address the issue he lazily brought everyone in at the same time which was unfair. They treated my mom as if she was incompetent when she had a large part of training these individuals that were now bullying her!! It is very ironic how my mother was fired not too much long after this. Management has allowed this one employee to hire multiple "friends" which is an issue as there was a large "it's us against her" attitude in the building. While other employees horse played and quit working at 4pm everyday my mother continued to work and was often blamed for things she did not do such as putting a dirty dish in the dishwasher, I attached a photo of the sign that one of the employees put up that was directed to my mom. The owner had NOTHING to say to my mom after 10 years of working here. It is disappointing to see someone that I truly thought was a kind Christian individual to treat their employee this way. He NEVER once spoke to my mother and asked her for her side of the story. DO NOT WORK HERE. At the end of the day you will not be appreciated as an employee and it's not worth it. 10 YEARS AND SHE WAS GIVEN NO LEGIT REASON, although in Alabama the employer does not have to disclose why they are letting you go it's sad to see that the owner and management have no morals or care for someone that was always there for the company!!

I can't vouch for the efficacy of their products, but the CPT office staff need to review their billing procedures and protocol; it's a mess.

We’ve used them twice now and both times they were very friendly and helpful. We were running across town and they even stayed open a little later to accommodate. Much appreciated! We will be back when the need arises!
