They sale salvaged cars and claim you are aware of it and your not I have not had my car 2 months and my motor and battery went out and they wont help me which is just ridiculous I am going tell you dont get a car from here and ps this is my second replacement the first one the transmission was slipping and they did not want to give me my money back after 3 days of having that car so I had no choice but to chose another car which is the one that is broke on the side of the road with a messed up motor its 2012 Hyundai sonata silver so if you see it dont get it because its A SALVAGED CAR AKA REBUILT is came from ohio and possible water damage.

PREDATORY SALES TACTICS!!!! I have a staff member that works on my team, and unfortunately I am ashamed to say I told her to check this place out. She purchased a 2009 Chevy HHR 12/17/22. She put 1.6k down and the total amount financed will be 7.7K including down payment.Mind you this is not a just 2k vehicle , this is a substantially priced vehicle. You would expect the vehicle to get you from point a to point b, not last a lifetime, but for the price be dependable. Immediately she noticed the way the vehicle drove was unstable- she took it back to the dealership and he told her it was the tire rods- which he would not fix, but did not disclose to her at purchase. Another red flag was the fact the gas tank was on empty and the back tire was flat.Mind you this woman who purchased the vehicle was desperate, on the verge of being houseless, and she needed a dependable vehicle to not only get her back and forth to work, but potentially stay in, should circumstances call for it. CJ who is the man who sold her the vehicle was very much aware of her desperation. and in my opinion took complete advantage of it. Even after initially speaking up about her worry with the tire rods, she has now had to replace 2 car batteries, and the alternator. She is now on yet another repair having to replace the coolant reservoir. WE ARE NOT EVEN 2 MONTHS IN FOLKS!!!!!!!!!This dealership has made it clear none of this is under warranty, but I find it near criminal to sell a vehicle for almost 8k that is barely road worthy. It has been continuous issues for my team member. She is scared that if she speaks up and causes too much commotion they will take her vehicle, which I assured her cannot happen unless she defaults on the loan.After finding her in tears this morning at work, it was my final breaking point. Throughout this process I have urged her to call the dealership in hopes they would do the right thing, as most dealerships- even small ones like this one, have an on site mechanic. This one I know in particular used to have an on site mechanic in one of the back storage sheds. These minor repairs are nothing to professionals who have access to cheaper mechanic rates and part rates. Rather than acting with integrity, and helping the woman who they not only charged 7.7k for a hunk of junk, but financed at the lovely rate of 28.99% APR rate. They've pretty much told her to figure it out.Buying used cars are sketchy enough, you want to know you're dealing reputable human beings. It's my opinion, but nothing with this whole transaction and customer care is reputable. They should be ashamed.
