Our furniture was ruined in this storage place. Water leaked in from another storage unit. Owner said they would pay for the damages then completely ghosted us. Everything had mold all over it. We lost everything. Response to owners post!!!! You are lying, we never asked for $30,000. We only asked you to pay for our bed and our couches. I even sent you the receipts. You even said that you would pay for it because it was put in there to be protected not to get destroyed and wet. If you knew there was issues with those units from the hurricane that was long b4 we rented from you. Why didn't you tell us there was issues with the storage? You never said anything to us about getting renters insurance either. Why did you ghost us after you told us you would cover the damages. You even told us that you would be paying out of pocket because your deductible was really high. I took you for a man of your word, guess I was wrong. I'll post pics of the messages that I sent you that shows what I asked you to cover.
