They do a great job at a reasonable price and relatively quick turnaround time. The location is fenced, clean, and has a professional look to it. They also provide boat trailer service. I've gone there for five years and my experience has always been positive.

One of the best Yamaha mechanics around. Diagnostic skills quickly found a power issue that had been bothering me for years. Repaired and serviced my F-150 in just over a day. Will definitely be going back to Allen for all future services.

Took my motor there to get repaired, after the second try they did figure it out. And was complicated. However when I got home I had a different motor cover than I went in with. I had a 250 Yamaha cover when I took it in. When I got home I had a 225 older and faded Yamaha cover. I called to discuss it and the guy went off on me, started yelling into the phone. I had spoken earlier to the young man who works there he was very polite. I was never accusing them of doing anything wrong. Or switching it purpose, someone could’ve done it by accident, a customer could have switched them out when they weren’t looking, someone could climb the fence and did it at night. I just wanted to talk to him about how it could’ve happened. They say they have video surveillance, check the video. But I didn’t appreciate getting yelled at! Usually that means they do know what went on and don’t want to talk about it. I would have appreciated some help, the young man was going to check the video and get back to me. Now I have to write letters and possibly begin legal action when all could be resolved calmly. They may not even be responsible I have no way of knowing. I never got a chance to say anything much more than my name. Maybe he was having a bad day but don’t yell at your customers. Especially in a situation like this.
