Erica was an awesome salesperson and helped me the whole way with my purchase. She went above and beyond my expectations of working with a dealership. She answered every question and if she didn't know the answer, she found out the answer right away. I would highly recommend working with her. Paul, the sales manager was also very helpful and easy to deal with. I thoroughly enjoyed the no pressure atmosphere while working with them. Even other sales staff showed me features on my new truck AFTER I made my purchase. That's a team!
Daniel in finance was extremely helpful with answering questions and making the process smooth.
I would recommend visiting the dealership when looking for your next vehicle.

I just want to praise Paul, Erica and Weston on a wonderful experience I had with this dealership! There was no pressure or sales tactics when it came to the purchase of the vehicle. They were very professional and so nice! I would highly recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle with them!!! Going through the whole process even filing out all the paperwork was so easy! Everyone was amazing!!!! I will definitely be back!!! If you need a vehicle this is the place to go to!

When I found the truck on CarGurus, it was the right color with the right options. I went to Tameron to check it out and was told “ It was being serviced because of a noise under the hood.”
They called me back once the problem was “fixed” Led me to believe it was a belt/tensioner issue. I didn’t haggle and put down $8000 and got what was CLEARLY described as a First Mile Extended Service Contract on my paperwork and lead to believe by the finance managers on words that it was a GM 36k mile extended warranty and he would highly recommend I get it so I acted disinterested just to see his come back which made me think that there was something I was not being told about the truck condition and my would regret not getting this “First Mile Extended Warranty” so I did only to have Internal engine trouble within the first week of ownership.
I called Chad my salesman Who told me to bring my truck in and they have the service department look at it and find out how much it was going to cost me to fix it?
Almost immediately a nerve was struck. I have a 1st mile warranty so I shouldn’t have to worry about this right? Wrong!!!
My family Has been in the automotive business in Alabama since the 1930’s so prior to returning to the Tameron service department I had the coil pack, plug wire and plug changed by a reputable mechanic, using only premium parts in hopes that would clear things up, which it didn’t.
When I took it into the service department, the first thing they told me is I needed a $580 coil pack and I didn’t have a warranty because my warranty didn’t take affect until 30 days so I needed to get them the cash or credit card before they can proceed!!!
So the FIRST MILE WARRANTY didn’t start at the first mile? I refuse the service and went to Joe Bullard Chevrolet, and had Matthew meet me at the parking lot only to notice that they had swapped The coil pack recently replaced with another coil pack and was still getting the same code on the same cylinder indicating they knew that a coil pack would not Fix the issue but wanted to charge me $580 for a $65 part and five minutes of installation!!!!
I have responded to every message they’ve sent me with how unhappy I am on their automated surveys and still haven’t got a phone call back!
I spoke with the people at First Mile Extended Service Contract who told me First Mile was just the warranty’s name and it didn’t actually start covering until 30 days of ownership!!!
That turns it from arbitration to theft by deception, which goes from civil to criminal, right?
If the finance company sells me a $3000 warranty and on the paperwork, it says first mile warranty one should safely assume it would cover the first mile and beyond and when it doesn’t cover the failure of an item clearly listed on their website then the dealership should take care of it!!!
Per my last conversation with the warranty company, I took it to a licensed repair facility so they could send the results of the diagnosis and they would expedite the coverage process so hopefully the GM dealer in Mobile can get this matter resolved because I am not trusting anything regarding Tameron at this point!

Had an amazing experience here. I went in having researched the 5 nearest dealerships and this dealer met my price and gave me exactly what I asked for my trade. The process was smooth and fast. Financing got me an excellent loan rate and it didn’t take long to go home in my new Jeep! When I went to get my plates, even the DMV clerk told me their paperwork was excellent! I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Dave provided. While traveling from Orlando to New Orleans, my van’s check engine light came on. I pulled over as soon as possible and ended up at Tameron. Miraculously, they had the necessary part and got us back on the road within two hours. I’ve never experienced such exceptional service, especially in an emergency situation. Thank you, Dave, and the technician who fixed the issue!
