I just want to give a huge shoutout to Clayton Jones for the knowledge he dropped on me about my 2024 Toyota Corolla today!!! He told me more about my car than the man who sold it to me! Every question I asked him even when I didn’t know how to ask it he knew what I meant lol!

Changed my appointment, and I was promised an email confirmation. Had a follow-up question. I was promised an email follow-up. Received neither. Did receive an email failure to deliver when trying to contact them. Called to verify my appointment, was thanked for calling, and they took a note that I would be arriving today... but didn't have any record of my appointment. Drove for two hours to arrive but called at the time of my appointment to apologize that I was running late. I was informed they *again* had no record of my appointment... and they had sold the car advertised and that I had the appointment for... but they tried to interest me in a used 2024 model for 43K because they had already sold the 20K 2017 Nissan Titan that I was coming to test drive since they had already sold that model. Shameless.

Couldn't even fill up the gas all the way. They put a quarter tank of gas in it before giving it to me. Guy in financing had a FAT dip in the entire time, I repeatedly had to get him to repeat himself, which did not seem to phase him one bit, because after I came back an hour later he still had his cheeks packed with tobacco and harder to understand than Joe Biden.

The best place to buy a car, they have lots of options and you're sure to find what you want at a good price and they can negotiate with you. The salespeople are amazing, they help you and answer all your questions. I didn't feel any pressure to buy a car.

They will mislead you on every hand beware , thank God I’m refinanced , but still have a lot of worked to do !! Happy I have my jeep just hate that I thought they had my best interest at heart !! Smh I don’t even think my down payment went to my car total . Addonicas or however you spell it , wouldn’t take his time to see !! God bless them all , praying for those who despitefully use others !! ?♀️
