I really enjoy shopping here!!! The clothing styles are cute and trendy! Quality items for my teenage daughter as well. Cute purses and jewelry accessories too. They do a great job posting items on Instagram and Facebook and sales . Quick and easy shopping when you need a new outfit for an event or gift item for a friend! Love this store!!

The staff in this store is some of the rudest people I've ever met. I work in retail, so I know how it is to deal with some customers. The thing is, I was asking something so simple: to help my friend find a Kendra Scott necklace for his girlfriend. Not only was I given rude remarks over the phone but apparently it was too hard to listen to what I had to say. Luckily, he still did business with them. I'll never associate with that store again. Beware if you're calling over the phone, they might think you have no idea what you're talking about as the lady told my friend. The only reason this is getting 3 stars is because brown eyed girl has some awesome product and I'll never buy Kendra Scott's from them because it might be too difficult for the employees to deal with that day

Walked today, super cute clothes and accessories! The lady (I'm guessing manager) that was in the store was being rude to the another lady in the back. Asking here why some clothes weren't put back out or steamed.. please do that in private not in front of customers.

Okay, I'll admit I fall for a friendly, helpful, not overly pushy salesperson everytime. Brown Eyed Girl is great! This is the place to go for affordable trendy items. I like being able to add a few of the newer trends to my wardrobe without breaking the bank, and this is the place to do it.
