The Bounds Family YMCA is a friendly and inviting community facility offering great value. It features a good range of equipment, including well-maintained cardio machines and strength-training equipment. Facilities offer something for everyone: an indoor and outdoor pool, a dry sauna, an indoor track, and ample group fitness classes with lots of variety. The hours work great for many, and long-term, dedicated staff contribute to the atmosphere. The place is consistently noted as a great place to workout and swim, considered one of the best YMCAs and the best gym in town. It strengthens the community with programs for everyone.
Love the staff at this location especially Kam, always super friendly and helpful. Love the sauna! The only thing i don’t like is some of the equipment ( mostly machines for legs) is not short people friendly ( i’m 5”2’ ). Other then that love working out here

The hours work great and they have a good range of equipment, better than most Ys I have been to and the people that work the front desk are great.

This place is great. They changed their hours in January of ‘24. It’s taking Google awhile to catch up, so here’s a picture of the new hours for those that need it.
