I recently had the pleasure of touring the property with Kylie, who was unaware that I was assessing the community as a competitor. Kylie was exceptionally kind, providing detailed information about each floor plan while maintaining a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, even adding a touch of humor to our conversation. What impressed me most was her thorough knowledge of the property, which clearly reflected her passion for what she does. It's always refreshing to encounter a leasing agent who genuinely loves their work. Kylie, continue being awesome—you're exactly the kind of example this industry needs.

I recently visited. This is a beautiful apartment complex. I was greeted by Kylie Droke. She was amazing. Very kind and caring to my needs and I explained I am 6 months out. She treated me like I was moving in tomorrow and understood my time frame. When I am ready. Definitely I will be back to see Kylie and all the unbelievable staff at Belforest Villas

Me and my fiancée have just recently moved here and I’ve got nothing but good things to say about my experience. Cassie has been a huge help with making our move as easy as possible. The entire staff (Kylie, Jessica and Michael) have been nothing but wonderful and our apartment is great. The amenities are super useful, especially if you’ve got a furry friend! I’ve yet to hit all the amenities they’ve got to offer (pool, gym etc) but I know I’ll enjoy each one of them. Parking is super spacious so that’s one thing we never have to worry about! Thanks again to the staff for making my move amazing!

I have had Great Friends & Family live at this property. They are ALWAYS praising how wonderful the staff is! I experienced it for myself. They walk around the property and say hello to everyone. The property is very beautiful and the amenities are great ? We all would HIGHLY recommend this property to make your home.

For almost the entirety of my tenance I had no issues with this property. But in the last few months of my lease there were constant errors made in my billing statements that resulted in being charged twice for rent. This is unacceptable especially when considering that management decided to close the front office early on occasion, making it difficult to visit after work and resolve the issue.
This issue persisted into the end of my lease, and for my final statement I was incorrectly charged twice for rent once again. Due to my lease being up near the holiday season at the end of the year it was nearly impossible to get in contact with the office to resolve these issues, and I ended up having to drive 3 hours from my new home just to fix it. Unfortunately they decided to once again close the office early so I drove 3 hours for nothing that day.
I really don't recommend wasting your time or money here. There are much better options in the Fairhope/Daphne area that charge less, have nicer amenities and have far more professional staff.

I lived at the Belforest Villas for two years. The staff (Cassie, Jessica, Michael, and recently hired Kylie) are truly wonderful people, knowledgeable, and always helpful. I lived the first six months in a first floor apartment complex and when I had issues with a noisy upstairs neighbor the Belforest team allowed me to update my lease to an upstairs apartment unit. The Belforest staff is always friendly and quickly responds to questions &/or maintenance issues. I left the Belforest Villas to move closer to work. I appreciate this dedicated staff for always making me feel comfortable, safe, and at home. Thank you.

Lived here 6 months between homes. Property is well managed, nicely landscaped, and in a great location. If you are going to live in an apartment, can’t imagine a better place. Garage was also wonderful addition. Pool and common areas are super, even a nice dog wash. Most importantly it’s well managed and pretty quiet. Happy with our stay here.

In all honesty I did not even want to give this property any stars! During our time on this property it has been nothing but headache and disappointment. The leasing office staff are very rude and stuck up. I have called to have certain things fixed when we moved into our apartments as it was left behind by the previous tenant and I had not only the property manager not willing to help but the regional manager was just as rude. I am guessing everyone are friends so that may be why Cassie and Jessica are allowed to do and say what they want. I felt that my family was watched and discriminated on. I did not feel welcomed and just the overall experience was very disappointing.

Before villas is the worst ! The people in the office are very rude maintenance as well. We were told they couldn’t fix anything from previous tenants because they don’t perform cosmetic maintenance . (Pictures below) the regional manager even did a walk through and said she didn’t see anything wrong. They never wanted to give proper 2 day notice of entry and I would tell her I took off from work and they would always cancel and come when they didn’t see my car. I was threatened and told that they would get their cop friends to arrest me because I went to the office asking her to contact someone other than Melanie because she kept calling back every time I called to speak with her boss but I had a video recording after trying to contact corporate again all the cops in the complex started parking around my unit walking back and forth staring me down even after I moved she would text and email everyday saying what I didn’t want to happen got fed up and left before it was time for us to go don’t do it save your money and find better options if you don’t want to be talked to like a kid and yelled at. They will try to get you arrested if you respond or disagree because they’re having a bad day is what Melanie told me.the only thing that really gets kept up is the grass these reviews have to be fake because I didn’t get 5 star treatment (pictures below) would’ve been decent without lazy maintenance and entitled office staff

Me and my family have been living in Belforest Villas for almost an year now and I'm consistently impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the management team. They are excellent at keeping residents informed about upcoming events, maintenance schedules, etc.
Jessica is a great asset to the team, she is extremely helpful and assisted us every single time and made our move from Singapore very smooth. She is very courteous, understanding, and always willing to go the extra mile. Cassie and Jill are very friendly and always approachable too.
The maintenance team is very good especially Michael, he is prompt in addressing issues.
I appreciate the efforts of the management team in organising regular events and activities for the kids and I highly recommend Belforest Villas for their exceptional management services, proactive communication, and commitment to maintaining a high standard of living for residents.

Beautiful property! I had the pleasure of touring this property, and staying with one of my friends who lives there. The apartments are very spacious! Really big, nice bathrooms too! The pool is really nice as well. The leasing agent and manager were really nice. This is definitely a property I’d put at the top of my list to live at!

We moved in gosh I can’t be sure but Jessica Chambers is the leasing manager and the everything else manager!! She knows her position proficiently. She treated us like we had known each other for years. Incredibly personable through kindness and tons of patience. We could move but we choose to stay because it’s very well maintained and we love having the same management team and maintenance crew. No turnover since we moved in abt two years ago. Jess is fabulous and so relatable!!

My husband and I have lived at Belforest Villas since March of 2020, and it’s by far the best apartment complex we’ve ever rented from! The management is wonderful and the grounds are always in pristine condition thanks to our awesome maintenance team. Management is consistently on top of addressing any issues that might arise, like malfunctioning entrance gates, broken trash compactors, and any servicing needing to be done within the home. At previous apartments, we would have to wait sometimes months for these sorts of things to be taken care of, but at Belforest it’s addressed and taken care of as quickly as possible.
The landscaping as absolutely gorgeous and the amenities are so nice and convenient to use, like the gym, dog wash station and the car wash station, which are all used frequently. Something that has always been an issue at other apartments I’ve lived at was dog excrement not being picked up, but it’s rare that I ever see it here since the office uses “Poo Prints”.
The apartment interiors are GORGEOUS and makes my husband and I feel as though it’s actually our home, not just some place we’re temporarily renting at. I can’t go on enough about the ample storage, walk in showers and our beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances!
With all of that being said, we really love it here and will be so sad to leave when it’s time for us to leave due to my husband’s military career. I truly trust the staff (If you’ve lived in many different apartment communities, you know that’s not always the case), and I’m very grateful for how well they do their jobs and how much they care for their residents.

My dad spent his last year of life at Belforest Villas. They were especially helpful and flexible with his needs as his health declined. We were especially pleased with Jessica Chambers in the office who handled all our requests promptly. She is a tremendous asset to the Belforest Villa community.

We’ve been at Belforest for 4 years now and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience here. Being a military family we’ve lived in several complexes, and by far this community has been the most comfortable to live in.
Apartments are modern, work orders being filled is never an issue, and management is always considerate and prompt with any concerns. The community itself is quiet and has no shortage of events hosted by the complex, great for little ones and adults both!
If you’re looking for a quiet apartment complex close to schools, groceries, and easy to get to everything then this is your spot!
