I'm from out of state and stopped by with an emergency coolant leak. Thank goodness I already knew what I needed to get and what I needed to do because I received no help from any associate at this location. If I was local, I wouldn't return. 0/10 recommend.

Jason A went out of his way to help me when my car was stuck along the road in Daphne. Jason drove by and noticed the car was stuck and immediately turned around to help me out of the situation. I wasn't even at the AutoZone and Jason went out of his way to help. 10/10 would recommend.

Solid group of employees I believe. Brian (I think) was great in testing the battery and installing a new one. Negative terminal gave him some trouble but his smarts gave him the edge. Never an issue with this store.

Mr. Ross (store manager) was AWESOME! He goes above and beyond for the customer and helped my husband and I tremendously with a battery for my Camry. Great staff and great store! Thank you again!

I was driving through Alabama and blew a wheel bearing on my trailer on I-10 on a Sunday. Not only was AutoZone open and had the part in stock, the knowledgeable employees behind the counter were able to tell me everything I needed to get the part changed and back on the road.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I came in today to ask about light bulbs for my tail lights. Jerry Thomas helped me out without hesitating. He was kind and even walked to the parking lot to help me look at what the actual problem was regarding the car. 5/5 location and even better on the customer service part. All the employees are helpful and welcoming. I always came here in the past but today proved that I will keep coming back if I need something. Thank you Jerry!

This is a terrific place to go for most all your car or trucks needs. Folks there are knowledgeable courteous and so kind. Such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them to you. I went to the store located on highway 98 in Daphne.
