1800 US-98, Daphne“I stopped by the Advance Auto Parts in Daphne the other day to pick up some parts for my truck. Kenneth was working at the time and helped me out. I told him what I needed and he knew exactly where to find the parts. He even double-checked to make sure they were the right fit for my truck. Kenneth took the time to explain a couple different options and helped me pick the best one for my budget. He even went so far as to show me youtube videos on how to fix my issue.
While he was ringing me up, we chatted a bit and Kenneth mentioned he's been working at Advance for a couple years now. You can tell he's picked up a lot of knowledge about cars and parts in that time.
What I liked most was that Kenneth was friendly and down-to-earth. He didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Just gave me straightforward, honest advice. The parts ended up working great and I'm back on the road without any worries.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience at Advance Auto Parts here in Daphne. Kenneth was super helpful and easy to work with. I'll definitely go back next time I need something for my vehicles and will be recommending all my friends and family this location. If you're in the area and need parts or advice, ask for him.
