If I could give zero stars I would. Well I was given a different apartment then I was told. It smelled of pet urine. There was animal feces on the floor. The entire unit was disgusting and not cleaned. When I spoke to management they were rude and basically told me that theres nothing they can do besides spray febreze. I asked to change units and was told no again. I stayed there less than a week and left. I never moved anything in the unit. I was sleeping on an air mattress until I was ready to move my family to Alabama. I then found out they were charging me for paint damage. How? I never moved anything in and it wasn't painted before I moved in. I also was supposed to get a credit for leasing same day as viewing but that did not happen. Never got deposit back either. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. The most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with.

I’ve been a resident for about four years. There were a few years of issues, the community was bought and sold, went through several staff about every six months to a point we had no idea who even worked here. Over the past year I’ve seen an incredible improvement and I give all the credit to T’erra. If it wasn’t for her ability to get things done, I’d have just spent and extra $10,000 to buy a house. She helped me through a difficult transition, she was able to solve all my issues, had all the answers and was so kind.Miriam has been good too, and the hounds are being looked after a lot better. There’s better communication and a willingness to solve maintenance issues and complaint. The grounds are regularly maintenance, they’re spending more time in the summer on the pool and grilling areas. A staff member saw me in the parking lot today and rode over and offered to take my trash. I was planning on buying a house this year but honestly I’m enjoying living here! Thank you for our gift of T’erra!

Beautiful apartments in a peaceful location. Just a five to ten minute drive to the bay, nice shopping and restaurants, and not far from downtown Mobile or the beach. Management and maintenance has always been responsive between 24-48 hours.

The quality of renters had taken a nosedive but has improved recently. People who are noisy and seem clueless are fewer. I still do not like the high percentage of dog owners because they keep emptying their dogs barely off the sidewalks. I am literally surrounded by dog owners, above, below and on either side.

I still have not gotten a gym keycard and I moved in in September, the park for children is not well maintained and the gazebo had pointy rusty nails sticking up, I sent an email about it and got no response. My apartment flooded (not my fault) and ruined some of my things and repair men left equipment in my unit for an extended period of time. Keys were made and given out to repair men without my consent, they locked my door without my permission. The light cover has still not been replaced in my bathroom. One of the drawers in the kitchens front fell off.

The ladies at the front office have been excellent since day one. I had a couple of minor issues with billing that they took care of immediately. The area is quite and clean. The apartment is very nice. The only drawback is the people above me are constantly running, jumping, and dragging stuff across the floor throughout all hours of the day and have done so since the first day I moved in. Not managements fault, just people who are extremely inconsiderate of others

T’erra Williams is so awesome!! She made my transition smoother than I expected. I felt so welcomed. She truly cares about her residents and she’s always checking on me and my family to make sure we’re ok.

I have been living here since May of this year and have had a great experience. The office and maintenance staff has always been attentive and quick to respond. Also love the tanning bed!!

We have lived here for nearly 4 months and have had nothing but issues with our above neighbors.. they are up at all hours of the night. It doesn’t matter if it’s during the day or night it is constantly stomping and kids running . This isn’t just your regular walking and creaking of the floors it’s like they are coming through the ceiling or busting the doors down. I have been to the office and have had no help what so ever except being so rude. They have sent out a email and said they would send out again to see if anything changes. But yet to see another one and they won’t just say anything to them. Also I have asked just to move us, for what we pay it is absolutely ridiculous. I was told by office staff (LOL) that this was a company and they couldn’t just move us to a different apartment. But by gosh if your late a day they will put notes on your door, they WILL get their money but piss on you. As I’m sending this.. they are above me just stomping around, I don’t think they ever sit down or sleep. We play 2 different radios in different rooms and you still hear it over the radio…..And then they send out emails if you refer someone you can get like $100 off your rent . At this point and time I wouldn’t refer anyone here. And was threatened that you can just leave but it won’t do anything but hurt you with having to pay like 3 months rent for breaking the lease….???

Hopefully management can get it together soon. Office staff changed hands quite a few times since we have lived here more than a year now and it appears that the present staff is having a lot of issues when it comes to the computer system. This is the fourth month in a row that we have overpaid because they cannot find our 12 month lease agreement in their system, despite us having a copy on our resident website portal. They did fix the extra fee we were paying because their computer system deleted the insurance we had on file, though we have not yet been refunded for this not the other extra fees. Hopefully it won’t be deleted again, since we do have active renters insurance and have had for more than a year since living here. Again this appears to be a computer system issue that must have occurred during a change in management/ownership. Also hope they can fix the bathtub upstairs before someone else moves in since it leaks into our apartment downstairs. About eight months ago or so, roto rooter came out three separate times but was not able to fix the leak despite claiming it to be fixed. Thankfully living on the newer side of the complex we have had fewer maintenance issues than others. Will update this review when issues are resolved.

We lived at Audubon for for 1 year. There are pros and cons as with anyplace. I'll start with the pros of this property.Audubon is set back away from busy roads for a quiet location. Attractive architecture with balconies set among mature oak trees. If you live on 2nd or third floor it's like living up in a tree house in certain units. The pool area is perhaps the most attractive pool area of any apartments in Daphne with both sun and tree shaded deck with tables.Now for the cons: Not all maintenance requests were honored. Our first request was marked completed when they never addressed the issue. So I paid home depot $15 for the part and installed it myself.Old fridge became too noisy to live with. They cheerfully replaced it. Wonderful!AC repeatedly failed due to a freon leak. They would only recharge the system and not fix the leak. The cold coil inside the apartment air handler was leaking. I was told the "part had to be ordered." Months passed. I called. They knew nothing about it. I explained. They never responded. We gave up after 9 months and lived the last 3 months without any AC.Water incursion. 3 pieces of exterior siding missing and rain pouring into the wall. Black mold forming in bedroom. Rotted floor decking. Great job of replacing the siding, BUT it took months before the incursion was repaired.Double pain windows failed and are fogged over in many of the units.We saw 4 managers in the 12 months we were there.Conclusion: Despite paying rent on time each month, and returning the apartment cleaner than they gave it to us, they kept half our deposit. No explanation.
