Yes this is an older community but they have done a really great job of maintaining them and upgrading certain features as well. I just moved in and could not be happier. The community is so quiet. Valet trash picks up every evening. If you have dogs, you will love it here. They are absolutely pet friendly. There are lots of green areas to walk. Grande Pointe is a hidden gem for sure.”
“The maintenance crew have a lot of work, so everyone needs to be patient with them. They refilled my ac unit with Freon and it is cooling off the apartment so cool. They even made a second stop by to make sure it was cooling. Thank you so much for making my apartment livable again.”
