This is the letters that I bought on the seventh dated the seventh slimy as can be Attempting to make my tacos tonight with the meat, they replaced with the wrong meat and so the lettuce is definitely expired unless I was going to cook it that late at night with the wrong meat I’ve tried to have tacos three nights in a row and every time I pull something out from what I got at Aldi it was either the wrong thing expired or ruined Manager at Aldi told me to call Instacart and they’ll return it. Instacart said no they won’t.

I’m sure the food is good and the deals are good etc. but make sure you don’t check out with Fannie. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and never in my life have I been so rudely ignored/talked down to. She grabbed my items, scanned them, tossed them carelessly into a basket beside the counter, and demanded the total. What happened to treating your customers with respect? You’d get treated better at Walmart of all places. Truly pathetic and inexcusable.

It's a small store so I'm in and out fast,checking out is fast even if there are people in front of you because those cashiers don't play, and their prices seem reasonable

Very good but the cashier lady is very critical with just her look and makes you like this -> ??. And he also throws things into your cart, and he also snatched my daughter's things from her ✋ and I didn't like that ?. The eggs also arrive all destroyed and the fruit crushed.

Today I went in and the tall skinny, frail, black lady with the bandanna on her head had the nerve to get rude with me in regards to my placement in line. Please teach your employees it’s not WHAT they say it’s HOW they say it! This was very unfortunate as I was dealing with the death of my grandfather and didn’t deserve that treatment! Not to mention I visit your store multiple times a week and follow several social media platforms your company is on. I won’t allow this one disgruntled employee to ruin my many good experiences with Aldi but I’m extremely disappointed as a loyal customer of Aldi!

Every time I go in the store say I'm never coming back I don't shop here for myself personally although I am learning the lay out and if you like Aldi's then you will love this store if any of this makes sense lol( shopper for instacart)

Been shopping at Aldi for many years and even in Germany. The problem here is the cashier's are a disgrace to the Aldi's name, and never have many open. I wish they just would do self checkout here like in Mobile. I love Aldi but start treating people better some people don't know about the cart stuff take the time to explain and open another cashier instead of one single one all day.
