Substitute driver never delivers all my mail at time! Gives me the flyers but not my package. Have had to track her down for a VERY important letter before. If she can’t do her job no better she don’t need it. 6 times is 5 times too many!!!!

Only problem I have is that they don’t stay open till at least 5pm. It’s difficult for people to get their business done with such restricted hours of operation.

I have had my mail sent to three different of my friends house. The post office can not manage to get a package to any of them. It always says delivered but not in mail box. Over and over. Year after year. I wish I could give zero stars.

On 5/5/23 the supervisor for this location was generous enough to come to the CampHill mobile station to correct an error on the status of my packages which were showing “incorrectly” and provide me with my packages however the conversation between she and I was very rocky as her tone was condescending and she cut me off during my statement a time or two which is s huge pet peeve of mine. This rating started off as a 1 but her going out her way to come and locate my packages.

I want to applaud the ladies that work at this location. Today I was behind an incredibly rude customer that was complaining unnecessarily and ceaselessly. However, I’ve never had anything less than outstanding service at this location. The USPS HAS gone downhill, but the ladies at the Dadeville office are incredibly helpful, kind, and hard working.

Rebecca Ray lied to me about which forms I needed to fill out to not get fired while doctors were trying to figure out that I have MS. I lost my career and any possibilities to apply for unemployment thanks to her lies. She shouldn't have the job she has. She doesn't uphold the position's duties. And she's only there about one day a week anyways. Lazy & entitled.

If I could leave no stars I would!!! It’s been several times where the mail person wouldn’t even run also it’s never a specific time we basically get our mail when we get it!!! Every time I have reached out about not receiving my mail it’s always been a rude response and since COVID it’s definitely the main excuse for everything! Also what’s the purpose of informed delivery if we not gonna get it on the day that it’s posted on there? If it’s posted on informed delivery that means it’s supposed to be delivered THAT day and if not the postal person is BEHIND!!! If I leave a bad review it’s definitely had to happen more than 3 times so do better

The Dadeville, AL, post office is the worst!!! Today, Dec. 13, 2021, only reinforces my opinion. Got there at their advertised opening time of 8:30 only to find a note on the door saying that they will not open until 10:00 due to staffing shorages. Obviously no contingency plan in place like most other businesses have. Then you remember why the U.S. Postal Service is in so much disarray to include financial ruin. They don't know how to run a business.

I have been to the post office last couple Saturdays and they have closed 15 minutes early. The door says they close at 11:30 and the website says they close at 11:30 but they are always closed early.

Anytime a package has to have a signature on delivery the driver makes no attempt whatsoever to actually deliver. they drop off a "Sorry we missed you" notice. There is ALWAYS someone home at my address, we have different working schedules that there is literally never a time that nobody is home. I just watched the postman do this today through the window because i was waiting for the package. pulled up, dropped a "missed delivery" notice in the mailbox and drove off before i could get outside to them. This needs to be dealt with! a driver should actually make an attempt to deliver a package rather than making me go into town to get it. Delivering the mail is your JOB, so maybe try and actually do it!

The lady tried to charge me for a flat rate box and I had a flat rate usps label on it that I had already paid for. This is bs. Not only that, she tried to charge me and the lady before me 15$ and was very rude. I'll never do business there again.

I want to talk to the local post office not your computer system!!!!! How hard is it to provide a local phone number?
