What a horrible pharmacy. The store employees are nice, but when you go to the back , to the pharmacy, watch out. The head pharmacist mark has a bad attitude and does not seem to know much about a lot of the medications. I have been using Walgreens for years, but enough is enough, time to move on to a business that cares about people.

2 hours to fill 2 prescriptions. I normally use a different pharmacy and have never waited more than 20-30 mins and rarely was it ever that long. However, after hours I chose Walgreens. I dropped off scripts and the girl said give them an hour. I go to a couple stores and go get food to kill an hour. I check back on meds and she says they are still not ready. I sit in parking lot another hour. I go back through drive through and she says they are still working on it. I and frustrated but I’m nice and ask for my prescriptions back so I can take to my pharmacy the next morning. She walks away and comes back and says they are working on my stuff at that moment. I told her fine, I was not moving from the drive through window until I had meds or prescriptions back. Miraculously, within 2 minutes I had all meds ready. I paid and left. Never again.

Very very rude. Late in opening the pharmacy. The lady seemed mad she was at work. I've never been spoken to in the way she sarcastically spoke to me. She told me no pharmacy no where could fill my med in under a couple of hours. I told her I had never had to wait that long and she popped off with more sarcasm that my previous pharmacy must have been really really good. I told her thank you and I left. I went to cvs and my med was filled in 20 minutes. They were kind and courteous. I switched pharmacies that day. Corporate should be aware of how their workers talk to people. I was in there the other day and a couple were spoken to very rudely as well. They were not happy about it at all and said they were going to leave the pharmacy and go somewhere else. Sad this is a common occurrence. I worked in customer service for over 20 years and would never talk to customers the way I was spoken to. I realize they have a hard job but being rude and sarcastic, attempting to make your customers feel less then, is simply uncalled for. I will never go back there.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! My doctor called in three prescriptions for me, I go to pick them up and I only have two. NO ONE at the pharmacy said a word about the third one until I called and their response was; insurance didn't cover it so we didn't fill it!! HELLO doctors do not prescribed antibiotics without a REASON.. COMMON SENSE WALGREENS PHARMACY. YOU pick up the phone call the customer and ASK them if they would like their non covered medication filled not just pretend it never existed unless asked. Also don't make the customer wait an additional hour for the lack of a common courtesy phone call.

I called to fill medications that I knew I had to refill. Makayla answered the phone and said she would get them refilled for me but told me that I had a list of other medications that also could be refilled. I was confused and asked if she could tell me the other medications. She then told me that she did not have time to do that and that it was not her job to do that. She huffed and puffed and did not act professional nor friendly over the phone. As a patient, I have the right to know what is on my record and I’m quite aware that it is there service to me as a patient to make sure that I get all of my medications. I then called back and another lady answered that was much more kind. I asked her to print off a list of my medications that could be refilled and she asked me to come in. I go to the consultation window and she was very nice and helped me go through my medications. However, I had asked Makayla for a certain medication to be filled but I find out in store speaking to the other lady during the consultation that there were two of the medications that were the same but in different doses. They were filling the wrong dose of the medication so I asked her to change it and she did. However, I did not know that there were two different doses of the same medication and Makayla who, “didn’t have time” did not notify me of this nor ask me which one that needed to be filled and instead just filled the wrong one. I would give a one star based on Makayla’s actions but the other lady did help me and took the time to go over everything in store. Overall, this situation was very frustrating to me and I do not recommend speaking to Makayla. I recommend speaking to someone who will take the time and effort with you as a patient because IT IS their job to do so.
