I've been using Walgreens Pharmacy for almost 6 years and recently moved to Cullman. It is sad to say that it is the End of Walgreens for me now. There is something very wrong with the Pharmacy , as you can see from the other reviews. Imagine the pharmacy employees are just under a lot of stress. I am not sure, but I must move on and it should not be a constant struggle to get the medication that the Doctor prescribes. No one should have to deal with this kind of mess.

Went to the pharmacy for a flu shot and the whole pharmacy staff was extremely unprofessional. Ended up leaving when they continued to drag their feet with helping me.

Horrible service every time I go there they will say 20 minutes and an hour later when you come to pay they will just mix it up then at the pharmacy horrible service all the way around

I been going for years. Never had a problem. If I can't find something they come help me without attitude. Always nice. The store at 2nd Ave north. I also go to the 31south. I like both. The 31 south need a new check out counter top. There's more products in the 31 south.

Never a month goes by that I arrive hours after the “pickup “ time and the medication isn’t ready and am told to come back later when I have already been out of the medication for days. Even when calling ahead and talking to a pharmacy tech.

I called the pharmacy and they said they were not taking new customers. I have never been denied by a pharmacy before.

Employees do not go the extra inch. My husband has been very sick with a skin disease that has taken almost 2 yrs to determine find treatment that his body responds too. Our insurance enabled us to use CVS but now we are forced to use Wal green. Employees are no help!!!!We have had to return to drug store to get all of our perscriptions We don't understand why mgment doesn't address these issues.

I got my COVID-19 booster shot yesterday. Staff was very nice and the person that gave my shot was wonderful! I forgot to ask her name.

I just thought pharmacies were slow,this location gives slow a new meaning. Signed up on line for vaccine and got thereunder quickly figured out their website is as bad as the service on-site

The pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They never have things in stock, they are constantly putting insurance info in incorrectly, the staff is rude and unknowledgeable. It needs to be shut down

Don't honor Good RX coupons even though they are contractually obligated to. Cause when you are sick, fighting to get your medicine is exactly what you want to do.

Your employee Kai Whicker has been stealing stuff from your store because he claims “he knows where the cameras are and he won’t get caught” he has stolen flashlights, batteries, makeup, and much more. He is also a pedophile who prays on 15 year old girls such as my daughter. Please get better staff not just for your store, but for the community as well.
