We had a lot of problems switching from AT&T to Verizon. Both companies said it wasn't a problem they could fix. Verizon finally came through for us and got things working again after a week of not being able to call or text anyone.

I am being charged for the Total Mobile Plan but when my daughter had a problem with her phone they failed to tell her she had coverage. She therefore reverted back to a phone borrowed from a friend. I feel they purposely didn't tell her. Actually I didn't realize we had the coverage until I reviewed the bill which I have been getting electronically....shame on me for not being more diligent regarding this. This isn't the first time that I feel I've been duped by the personnel at this store, I've gotten better service from the store in Decatur. Be sure that they don't add features without you knowing it...these features add up and can be quite costly. I'll be more careful in checking what features per line in the future. Hope this is useful.
