I would give a zero if I could. Do not ever try to send a package from here . They do not have the postage and my package is still not in the system 2 days later and is held hostage at main branch waiting for the postman to pay the postage I already paid so so unhappy. I knew I should have walked out and driven to main post office a mistake I will not make again. Update after research. I found I was over charged $11.71 at this village post office in West point. The original box should have cost me $9.80 but the man said if I would change to flat rate it would be cheaper. It was 14.35. The second padded envelope should have been $9.80 and he charged me almost $15.00 Plus a 1.16 service charge . Main post office changed the tracking numbers. Horrible horrible experience. Not saying they are crooked just that they don't know what they are doing at all. Shouldn't be doing anything but selling stamps.
