My mother who struggles sometimes with her almonia levels came in to this store and the young lady at the desk was not helpful. She actually had my mother in tears because she couldn’t figure out how to pull up her barcode to return something. The more upset she got the more confused she became. She left there feeling defeated. A little compassion would have been nice.

At 6:03 pm 2/9/24 I walked in the open, unlocked door to drop off a package that was already labeled…a very rude young lady said “WE’RE CLOSED”! I said, oh my bad, I was just dropping this off, to which she replied, “Well we’re STILL closed”. Now, I can understand that it was after store hours and maybe she couldn’t do something on her end because of that, 3 minutes after closing,,,with an unlocked door,,,,, but her ATTITUDE was completely uncalled for. I work in retail. I had a customer in my store 15 minutes after closing today. I was still nice, because that’s what decent people do. There was no need for her attitude.

The staff at this location have always given me excellent service even during crowded holiday times. Packages are well-tracked and delivered intact. There are cheaper alternatives, but not with the same reliability.

Once upon a time, The UPS Store was a convenient place to conduct business while having technical issues, running errands, etc. Those days are over. The once reasonable fees were inflated as everything else was, but not to the point that I wouldn't use the services The UPS Store offers when in a pinch. Those days are over. The already inflated prices have now been doubled to such ridiculous rates that I will no longer be a customer under any circumstances. The equipment to perform the services can be bought and paid for with the money I would spend on the hyper--inflated UPS Store rates.

This location used to be wonderful! The old team was knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and kind. Recently a new team has come in… They didn’t seem to understand a simple poster print job. Had to point out the paper I wanted behind the employee. I was the only in the store when I walked in, but waited for over 40 minutes for my two simple, one-page prints to be completed. Also, I’ve never been told they could only print PDF. I’ve printed multiple image files before, but was told I had to convert them and resend. I don’t know if this is a new UPS policy, or if the new staff just didn’t know how.I used to use this location often for printing for the nonprofit I worked for. I won’t be using again unless something changes.

Great place! Great staff! Very helpful. Sometimes they have a line. But they always seem to get everyone handled in a timely manner. Can't complain good place to go to get something shipped

Went to send 2 business documents . It was rainy so I thought I would stop there and get 2 UPS envelopes that the individual documents could put in for protection and keep them separated . I was taking them to be signed and would be back to ship overnight .When I asked for 2 envelopes to protect the documents and explained what my plans were ,the 3 ladies individually told me why I could not have the envelopes. I was told I could not take them out of the store. I was astonished.The two other employees chimed in telling me that they had to print the label there. I told again I would be back to ship it there. I was then told I couldn’t have them because they had to weigh the package there . I again tried to explain that I would be back to ship with them (documents were 1 sheet for each cardboard envelope) I wanted to use them to keep documents separate and protected. I again was told I could not have the shipping envelope ( the ups ones not any that were for sale). I was amazed. She once again said those envelopes could not leave the store. As I turned to walk out obviously a little confused and Amazed one of the employees said “Have a merry Christmas sir” I still am in disbelief what happened at that location today.

These folks are awful. Service is extremely bad. Long line and one person behind counter with anxiety and attitude. Finally a guy came in to work to help her. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous service.

4 minutes before 6 you shouldn't be closed. Your hours are until 6. My return would have taken 20 seconds. I am legit furious. I had to wait for my husband to get home to drive up here. The person legit looked at me while she was helping someone else. Why post hours if you close whenever you want?

I go into this store and right away someone is welcoming me! I am usually lost with technology on my phone! I explain what I need and the ladies (ALL OF THEM AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER) gently smile and ask a few questions and I show them on my phone and ITS DONE!! Whether it be copies, labels. whatever, I HAVE HELP AND ITS DONE!! So thankful to have a business to help figure things out and get the complicated done easily and so friendly!! THANK YOU TO ALL THAT WORK HERE!!

The people there are great and very helpful. I’ve never had any issues with any of the staff. Shipping prices are a little much, but in the shipping business, it’s to be expected since shipping costs are rising because of the economy and fuel prices.

Wow... after I just wrote you guys a good review I drive 25 miles to get here only to find out you’re now closing at 5pm instead of 6pm and didn’t even update your new hours online. Can’t describe how freaking mad I am right now. Get your ish straight!
